Old mattress and only high pillows
Staffs are very nice and helpful. Hotel restaurants are highly recommend. Hotel room is very nice. Everything was perfect except the mattress and pillows, mattress was too old which not supported in the middle, they supply only one kind of pillows which too high for me.

如果是敏感体质还是建议定新翼的房间
很美的酒店,所在区域也好,距离奥巴马去过的那个河粉店很近,我们住的是旧翼,订房的时候忽略了这一点,我们有个朋友体质有点敏感,可能旧翼的旧家具气味导致了她一进房间就咳嗽不停,如果是敏感体质还是建议定新翼的房间,在酒店期间预约了参观酒店历史的一个活动,老实说,整个参观过程安排的有点无聊,时间也有点长了,总体中规中矩无惊喜!

1 在訂房時就知道了有一間房是三人,也說會特別安排好加床,然後一進房間沒加床,沒增加盥洗用品,還要打電話去前台提醒 2 搭計程車,黃色衣服的工作人員跟計程車司機用越南語嘻笑,然後跟我說司機沒有零錢找我,我不在意那7000band 是飯店人員的態度?就因為我們聽不懂所以故意嗎?我都已經說算了那不用了,才趕快拿出零錢?因為我生氣了所以瞬間有零錢了? 3 一個飯店的下午茶那麽貴,一進去沒有人帶位沒有人招呼,自己跑去問穿紅衣服的一位女性,也沒有立刻安排位子,只說有桌子都可以坐,然後乾等menu!有問題找服務生她只會我等一下(因為在招呼別人入座)所以我們一家人五個人吃不起? 問套餐有什麼不同,用價格回我不同?我當然知道價格不同啊!會不會太好笑? 4 請飯店叫合作的對街計程車,到了目的地就是不找零錢!請問你們飯店有事嗎?還說叫你們的車不會被坑?被坑了三次了!包含去機場也是你們叫的車 也是故意不找錢! 5 問了你們有關於最新觀光巴士的資訊,回我沒有這方面資訊因為很新?請問你們飯店業者不需要跟進資訊嗎?就有一個站牌在飯店旁!回答我的乘車時間也是錯誤的!說都快結束搭車時間了你確定要去嗎!對!我就是靠自己順利搭上車了!多謝你們喔! 6入住時說有提供電動車租借之類的訊息,結果什麼都沒有逼我們叫飯店計程車,然後我說要叫飯店的接駁車去機場,回答我沒有機場接送車,只提供200美金的bmw服務!是認真的嗎? 7拿寄放行李時小姐要我跟他去行李房裡!然後我自己也要負責拉行李出來,我還要幫忙開門 然後幫忙拉住快倒的行李 可笑的百年飯店 !絕對不會再入住!

We had stayed 2 nights at the Opera Wing. It is an excellent hotel with unbeatable interior design and historic background, quiet room with nearly no air conditioner noise, comfortable bed and pillow, very friendly staff, and the breakfast is great, must try!

Excellent service. We stayed at the executive floor at the Opera wing. The staff at executive floor was extremely helpful. We got good and free meals and drinks at the Club lounge especially the local coffee. The Vietnamese restaurant is highly recommended. Again wonderful service and very tasty foods. No doubt I will highlt recommend my friends to stay there.

Try Metropole Sofitel when you are in Hanoi.
Beautiful hotel, good interior design and paintings at the wall, this hotel gives an atmosphere of elegant, artistic and historical mood. The swimming is not big but the location is rightly set between the historical wing and opera wing, giving you feeling that you are at the heart of the hotel. The food and beverage is of 5 stars standards and the service is excellent.

Best Hotel in Vietnam
First time in Hanoi, stayed for five nights, wonderful experience. Felt the old time French colonial grandeur. Excellent rooms with up to date style and equipments. Great food in restaurants; breakfast buffet is most wonderful; with all western, eastern, and local choices delicately prepared and served. Excellent everyday free drinks and food at the club lounge. Friendly and helpful staffs (expecially the personal butlers) that speak excellent English and give very helpful travel advices. Lovely gift shops and bars. But, didn't appreciate the "hotel history tour" much and left early. 雖然價位遠高過當地均價,但以國際水準來說,絕對是物超所值!

The hotel is magnificent. The room was gorgeous, very comfortable bed, quiet, and spacious. The staff were all amazing, very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The restaurants all had a beautiful atmosphere and outstanding food and service. The Club Lounge was very nice, with excellent food and service. The only downside is it’s very expensive, but you get what you pay for.
