「Our stay here was twofold. One: quality time together and Two: a tryout for the young dogs in a boarding kennel not far away. The last night the dogs stayed with us. The bach was awesome. Very well laid out and complete. If anything, we couldn’t find any ice cube trays so our G&T was a bit make do. For the rest just great. Hear the moreporks at night, swim in the river at Pots Reserve. Best kept secret: Kuku Beach. Don’t go there folks to keep it a secret 😁」

「Wow, what a hidden gem tucked into the sandhills at Waitaere beach. A perfectly private spot for an extened family holiday. Beautifuly clean, great outside and inside spaces for kids and adults alike. We loved watching the sunsets while sitting by the fire and felt very privileged to have our own private path through the sand dunes to the beach. Will recommend to friends.」

「Beautiful warm, clean and inviting house. We had booked for 5 adults and 1 baby to stay for work putpises. There was enough room for all of us. More towels would be helpful as there were only 3. The driveway is really tight, but the garden at the end of it makes it extra challenging to navigate. Overall really pleased with our stay, great value for money. Thank you」

「This large property is home away from home, with a well stocked kitchen, a very full linen cupboard and bathrooms with all the lotions and potions you may need. Added to this a fully fenced section for the dog and log fire and this place was perfect. Highly recommended, for the location (a very short walk to the beach) and a wonderful host who was very responsive.」
