但周邊的食肆較為少，步行到火車站大概要20分鐘
這間旅館全部是自助的包括入住酒店是自己登記房間內設備齊全洗衣機洗碗機焗爐最窩心的還是還有洗衣豬洗碗機清潔劑放在房內，設備一流，適合一些住長時間的旅客，樓下大堂有大量共享享空間！ 我編配的房間屬於高層，面向海，景觀一流！

Excellent venue - would definitely stay at the same place again next time in Helsinki. The apartments are self sufficient and there’s local grocery stores nearby if you want to do a bit of cooking. 24 hr gym access (local gym) was definitely a perk. Plus walkable to most of the major tourist destinations in Helsinki made it a really good stay.

Das Frühstück ist kolumbianische, das Hotel in Finnland. Es wurde nicht vorab darauf hingewiesen. Das war schade, denn in Helsinki rechnet man mit einem internationalen Frühstücksbuffet und nicht mit einem Frühstück, das vom Thema nicht passt und sehr begrenzt in der Auswahl ist. Es gab nicht einmal Brot und Butter

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein - insbesondere das Bett. Bei unseren Freunden war das Geschirr im Zimmer schmutzig. Der Service war überschaubar. Personal zu finden eher schwierig.

I wish the property didn’t have music on all night. I didn’t get a good night’s sleep. My room was facing the front of the hotel above the entrance. The outdoor speakers should be turned off at reasonable hour. Otherwise it eas a great place.

モダンなホテルでした。 チェックインは多少とまどいます。 ホテルから約1週間前に来るメールのコードが必要です。 広めの部屋に泊まりましたが部屋のサイズは問題なし。キッチンもついてます。 洗濯機も着いていますが、乾燥機能がないので地下一階のランドリールールで事前に予約して乾かすのが良いとおもいます。 トラムの4番線の駅も近く、市内への交通は問題なし。中央駅までは歩いても行けます。 ドライヤーなどは部屋にないのですが、各階のエレベーター前にかしだしようのものがあります。 その他、ジムやサウナ、クッキングコーナーなど自由につかえます。４月後半より、屋上テラスもオープンしたので、楽しめます。 長期滞在型のホテルとして暮らすように旅するにはピッタリかと。

L’emplacement est très bien, tram juste à côté pour se rendre dans le centre ville ainsi qu’un supermarché en bas. Malheureusement ça manquait un peu de propreté à certains endroits notamment dans la salle de bains (cheveux) et derrière les rideaux.

We loved this property for our short stay here in Helsinki. It's neatly located in a nice area right across the sea and you could see the Helsinki wheel as well. The connectivity is really good by tram and it's a single tram ride to the main station. The studio really made us feel home with it's modern design apartment and really calm vibe. Definitely recommend this hotel

I was expecting a hotel and was pleasantly surprised that I got an apartment. It was clean and well equipped. It was quiet and safe. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was a little confusion at check in but fortunately it was resolved easily. The property was walking distance to the ferry port. The grocery store is at the corner. I had a wonderful stay.

1人で5泊しましたが、大変素晴らしかったです！ チェックイン当日は8時から荷物を預かってもらい、アーリーチェックインにも対応していただきました。 セルフチェックインの仕方も簡単な英語が読めれば全く問題ないと思います。チェックアウトはカードキーを返すだけなのでとっても簡単でした。 ホテルの部屋も大変清潔で、インテリアも素敵です。設備も問題なく使えました。 近くに大きなスーパーはないですが、小さめのスーパーがあります。駅も近く、交通の便もいいです。 チェックアウト当日も荷物を預かっていただき、大変助かりました。 ただ、他の方が書かれているようにドライヤーは持参して行ったほうが良いと思います。 フロアに5台ほどありましたが、ほぼ借りられてしまっている状態でした。 しかし、それを加味しても大変素晴らしいホテルでした。 またヘルシンキに来た際は、ぜひ泊まりたいと思います。

The staff (Patrik) was very friendly and professional. The facility is very easy to get to by tram and there’s a grocery store within a 3 min walk. Room was clean and comfortable with everything I needed (would’ve been nice to have a TV). I didn’t use it but there was a super cool commons area for meetups and a gym. Exceeded my expectations

13.2 illalla hälytyskellot alkoivat soimaan. Ihmiset oikeaoppisesti siirtyivät pois huoneista portaita pitkin alakertaan. 20-30 minuutin kuluttua kellojen pärinä päättyi. Se mikä jäi kovasti ihmetyttämään; minkäänlaista infoa tilanteesta saatikka ohjeistusta kuinka toimia. Kaikki vieraat odottivat alakerrassa epätietoisena mistä on kysymys! Huone infot hälytystilanteista varmaan ok.mutta tilanne ohi tiedotetta ei tullut? Ilman henkilökuntaa saattaa syntyä ikäviä tilanteita. Oletetaanko että hotellivieraat hoitavat erikoistilanteet keskenään?

Hei Arto,Kiitos palautteesta,Pahoittelemme että tilanteessa on ollut epätietoisuutta, onneksi kyseessä on ollut väärä hälytys. Tuolloin kun 13.2. illalla hälytys oli tullut, meillä oli henkilökunta paikalla ja ohjeisti aulassa majoittujia tilanteesta. Tuohon aikaan meillä on valitettavasti vain yksi host paikalle, joten heidän myös pitää mennä ohjaamaan palokunta paikalle. Toimimme meidän ohjeiden mukaisesti tilanteessa. Pohdimme miten saisimme toimintaamme vielä tehokkammaksi.Toivomme kuitenkin että nautit majoituksesta meillä ja olet lämpimästi tervetullut uudelleen.

とてもいいホテルでした。 アーリーチェックインはできませんでしたが、事前に連絡をしておいたので8時から荷物を預かっていただけました。ホテルは1と2があり、初め間違えて2に行ってしまいましたが、ホテルの方が教えてくださいました。 部屋はとても清潔で写真の通りです。ベッドの大きさも問題なく使えました。 浴室はシャワーのみなのと、ドライヤーは貸出式なので、自分で持っていくのをお勧めします。 部屋にはコンセントもたくさんあり、困ることはありませんでした。 チェックインもタブレットで入力する簡単なものなので、語学力に心配がある方も問題ないと思います。 トラムは4番と5番トラムが使えるので、交通の弁で困ることはほとんどありませんでした。 また利用したいです！

We really liked Noli studios, it had everything we wanted. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The facilities provided in the main lobby, such as pool table, sofas to relax, board games and sauna (all included in the price) were really nice to use. There was also a fitness which we didn't use, but would have loved to use the next time. A big bonus that we got some vouchers for a free brunch at the cafe next door. I think there are some improvements for the sauna experience, such as providing extra towels for the guests, other kinds of lockers which don't require the room card to lock, since going into the sauna area or jaccuzzi there is no place to put the room card safely. Also the floor of the dressing room was really dirty since guests can wear their outer shoes in here. It would be better if there was a space were guests could put their outer shoes so the floor in the dressing room will stay clean. In the shower area of the sauna the soap and shampoo was empty. This could be better equiped.

El alojamiento es fantástico para conocer Helsinki, ya que se encuentra cerca de las atracciones y casi al lado de una de las más bellas catedrales. Los apartamentos son muy cómodos y están completamente equipados con todo lo necesario. El hotel tiene varias áreas comunes, un increíble laundry y un sistema de check-in y check-out muy simple. En mi experiencia personal, el día de mi check-out sufrí un accidente y, al comunicarme con el hotel para contratar un par más de noches, hasta que pudiera recuperarme y viajar, me informaron que el hotel "estaba lleno". Obviamente no lo estaba. Creo que habría que mejorar el trato al huésped y es una pena que esta experiencia haya empañado una estadía tan agradable.
