Great location and service
Location is great and convenient. Within walking distance to shopping malls and market. Hotel services are good. Buffet breakfast offers lots varieties of food. Spa services are excellent with good prices. The only problem is the design of the shower stall. It has half glass panel only which resulted water spill all over the washroom after shower. Need improvement definitely.

Delicious breakfast and afternoon tea. Nice and helpful staff. Our room was full of smell of oil paint and staff offered several means to clear the smell at first but failed. We were then arranged to a new room and offered a free ride to airport on date of departure.

酒店位置在市區中心，鄰近許多景點，周圍商店餐廳林立，非常方便。入住後才發現本身是舊公寓翻新的酒店，有些地方看得出來老舊的痕跡，比方說空調設備。我預定了Hamelin Executive的房型，進入房間時發現嚴重的霉味，後來向櫃檯人員反應，他們也態度非常好的讓我們換房間。這家酒店的服務我給滿分。但是硬體設備只能算是及格邊緣。

Centrally located, too clise to the "adult" part of the district for comfort Pool is relativelly small and long chairs are usually taken out Bathroom would need some better maintenance. Bathtub had a egg smell when used thet jets (on off button was malfunctioning) Shower is on the tiny balcony, not great at all Managed to get a cockroach once in the bathroom (very unpleasant) Breakfast is good Service is OK, but will try to convince you to not use your expedia upgrade - not very pro There are better options, specially in this price range. Quality/price ratio not fantastic

The property was lovely very clean and the rooms were spacious close waking distance to everything. The only downside was the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. They organised a SIM card for me which was great whilst in Ho Chi Minh but did not work anywhere else in Vietnam. They also charged $5usd for a plastic room key they never gave me. Such a shame such a beautiful property is lacking the service it deserves

My recent stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the location was superb, offering easy access to [city landmarks], the overall experience left something to be desired. Firstly, the staff members were generally average, with the exception of Robert at the front desk. His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist stood out in contrast to the rest of the team. However, one major disappointment was the breakfast options. The selection was poor and very limited, lacking variety and freshness. For a hotel aiming to provide a satisfying start to the day, this was a significant letdown. Regrettably, based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again in the future.

The staff is wonderful. We especially found Robert and Tammy to be superstars! Friendly, helpful and efficient. The beds are firm and we loved it. The area around this hotel is very walkable and it is safe. What we didn’t like: The room we stayed in for one night was very noisy (street front) and it had a weird smell (room 202). We asked for another room and was moved to another room.

I would prefer if everything was priced in VND. Pricing in US dollars means I’m paying exchange twice when I pay in CAD on a credit card. Everything was very nice.
