Excellent Value for Money
Good location, nice front reception staff, bit unflexible when it comes to late check out but that is normal for VN. excellent bfast buffet with lots choices, good gym/sauna/steam bath. nice rooms, excellent bedding, higher floors have small problems with hot water for shower and corner rooms have slow to no wifi. overall good 3.5 star hotel with excellent value for money

The bathtub was broken with pointy object at the bottom. One night we heard a woman screaming at room next to mine. Also, they insisted on charging us for a friend that would tug in just for a night, like for few hours....

有點失望的四星酒店
服務是很好的酒店，check-in時的welcome drink和盡責的bell boy，值得一讚。不過有幾點較為失望：1.酒店天台泳池很晚開放很早便關閉，根本沒有機會享用，泳池實際上比較細小。2.房間難以置信的有一道門做間隔，隔音十分差，半夜被鄰房吵醒。雙人大床為兩張單人床合併在一起。

飯店員工可用英文溝通, 很方便 但以我們訂房的價格來說, 房間不如預期, 這樣的價格可以訂到更好的 廁所馬桶會堵住, 我們住三天最後一天是沒有補給衛生紙跟桌上盒裝面紙給我們的 早餐算不錯, 中式青粥跟西式麵包都有 地理位置很好, 附近有不少景點 基本上還算可以

失望
櫃台人員沒有笑容，房間品質比三星飯店還差，廁所馬桶一直不通，淋浴水龍頭切換壞掉，浴缸會漏水，飯店人員上來修復很多次，還說隔天會幫我們換房間，結果並沒有，更誇張的是樓上上完廁所，房間的廁所會飄出臭味，因為房間隔音差，都能聽的很清楚，床單有污漬，看起來像血跡又像醬汁，客房清潔也經常忘記補充面紙，從外面坐車回來遇到下雨，也不會來幫撐傘，大廳服務員就看著你淋雨進來，我真的被這間飯店打敗，相信我的就別住在這吧，怕你後悔啊!!

Great location and staffs are friendly. Breakfast dishes were really repetitive. The cleaner won't give new soaps unless requested. Voice insulation of the room was quite bad, I could even hear the alarm going off in the next room, this is probably the most annoying bit...

The hotel was very good but they have problems with the doors.when everyone close the door vas very loud. During the day was not a problem but night time and early in the morning was not very pleasant to hear the loud noise of the door. All others staff was very friendly and helpful when we need help.

Great hotel for the price, in a good central location in district 1 in the city centre, good friendly helpful staff here too. Room was a good size, comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Id recommend it to anyone visiting Saigon.

Great welcome on arrival. Very quickly into room. Location is great, easily walkable to main attractions but without being too central. Nice pool area on rooftop that was never too busy, with very good waiter service from restaurant also on rooftop. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Only negative was the lunch/dinner restaurant quality (average) and price (high). The breakfast was pretty good though. All in all a very enjoyable and comfortable stay and i would happily recommend to others.
