「Very enjoyable stay. Staff were excellent, remembering previous dietary requirement requests and being friendly and approachable. 2 suggestions: provide drinking water in a more eco friendly way, rather than small plastic bottles of water. We must have got thru about 30 bottles :(. Many comparable resorts now provide water in refillable glass bottles or large refillable containers (5l). Secondly, make it a rule that guests should not fly drones in the resort. There was an annoying drone flying...

「海灘很美(白色的沙灘,清澈的海水,自然的海灣景色,尤其在日昇日落之際,美景盡收眼底), 飯店景觀佳(渡假村的整體規劃,有海景渡假村的南洋風味,晚上小和尚點著燈籠, BBQ伴著樂隊演奏氣氛很好), 房間裡面的大廳與廁所沒冷氣美中不足, 房費稍嫌貴, 房間亦比較狹小.」

「Nice, quite new hotel, but in the middle of nowhere. Beach was unfinished. Staff is extremely friendly. 」

「It’s not as beautiful as the photos. Everything is good and acceptable, except for the front desk service, the front desk service staffs need to improve their skill. High wifi speed. Should swin in the swimming pool rather than the beach.」

「地點偏遠, 酒店提供温泉按摩, 但地點距離酒店15km, 需要坐600,000vnd的士來回, 去到才發現是其它的酒店, 用餐地方只有一個, 但品種少. 泳池就ok. 但六點後就不准入內, 這地方全沒有免費接駁巴士去附近景點的回胡志明的大巴站, 即由你開始入住, 就只能在入面游水(泳池或行出海灘) 不用再去.」

「Pros - Good place for kid to play sands, feeding fish, swimming. - The villa is new, well maintained and also inside. - Wifi coverage is good. Cons - The hotel security refused to enter the hotel before 12:00 even we told him we just want to unload the luggage. But security still refused to open the gate. - Only Receptionist can speak English. When you leave the lobby, No English for any room service/restaurant/cleaner/even phone call. - Tableware is not good, all of them are made by melamine...

「My best friend and I came here to stay for 2 days, they never cleaned the room, when we went to the bathroom there were still used condoms that hadn't been thrown away. When we announced check-out, they asked us to pay because we hadn't paid in full. After I opened the app to show them, they apologized. The trip back to my hometown with my best friend was terrible because I chose the wrong motel.」
