整體非常好，房間海景很開揚整潔，花灑水壓十足，很滿意。唯枕頭有點軟，而房間的瓶裝水要花很大氣力才開到。這次是在文華閣享用早餐，款式少但味道不錯。餐廳安排帶位的女職員服務周到，非常有禮貌笑容可掬，值得嘉許。

物有所值的住宿體驗
Check-in過程流暢，職員有主動幫手拎行李同安排送上房。房間空間感充足，睇得出酒店有心思設計，房間入面好多意想不到既位都係櫃桶嚟，除咗冰係要問佢拎之外，基本上要用既工具/餐具都有晒，甚至乎唔同形狀既杯都有齊。床鋪/浴室 都非常舒適。整體來講，酒店由外到內比人既印象可能會覺得舊，但事實上係實而不華，比人一種好Grand既感覺。呢個值錢，有咁既質素，完全係無可挑剔。

文華東方酒店的浴室不太好，沒有掛衣服的設備，冲凉液距離浴缸太遠，拿不到。泳池更衣室沒有職員幫助及儲物櫃開不到。 其他都很滿意。 食物好味。
