「We stayed in the main unit, a lovely and cozy cabin. The manager left notes about the weather and instructions on using everything in the cabin. The place had everything one could dream of, for a cabin in the woods. It was very comfortable and quiet, and we immensely enjoyed our stay. We originally booked one of the small units. The weather was not good. It was snowing a lot, and the manager was very considerate and changed us to the main unit. We are very grateful for this change. 」

「Melanie was a great host, she responded promptly to my questions. Check in process was simple and explained clearly. Cabin was cozy and has everything you could need. Only issue we encountered was that hwy 245 was closed due to construction, so in order to get to the cabin you had to use a 20 minute detour, from National Park. I didn't realize this until days later after my booking, so my mistake. Something of note, if you're tall like my husband (6" tall), bathtub might be a little inconvenient...

「My husband and I stayed here for a quite get away. The roads are very curvy and it is very secluded, but it is close to the Sequoia National Park which we visited also. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will reserve again if we are in that area!!! Five stars all the way!!」

「This was a fun way to stay close to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park. You have to understand you are staying in an RV, not a hotel room. With that understood, it was wonderful. Plenty of room for two of us. We could store groceries to pack our lunch, spend the day hiking and come back to make a simple dinner. 「The house and yard are very cute and the location is great. The layout is interesting (go through one bedroom to get to another) but it’s an old house and was still charming. The house was clean and comfortable. Would be a great place in the warner season where you could really enjoy the outside spaces. That said, it was the poorest stocked house we’ve rented. No washcloths, no hand towels in the bathrooms, no hand soap (just a couple motel style shampoo bottles), no oven mitts to get hot things...
