「We weren't expecting much from a budget hotel, but on this occassion, RedDoorz failed to meet even our basic expectations. 「It's a sudden/late check in for my family. They let us check in even though it's late, the owner is nice, very accommodated and he communicates with you. The property is big and comfortable, it's very clean. They gave us the things we needed like a Van Transpo, it's also available.」

「Terrible place to stay at! Can’t even add a person to the hotel and the front desk doesn’t know how much it would cost to add a person. Customer service are only available till 9pm and front desk is really rude! They won’t let visitors inside the hotel.」
