「All staff are friendly, helped me upgrade to sea view room, wide breakfast selection which I needn’t stand up for the buffet, cause the staffs would fetch for you. They’re very thorough about guest privileges such as free sauna and gym classes. It was definitely a wonderful experience, except my pillow case had black marks one night of my staying.」

「We went from US to India for a week. I booked this place as it had good reviews. This is one of the best places in Surajkund but not the best. Place was okay but staff was very courteous about anything we needed. Breakfast was very good. This is a four star hotel. It’s not Taj it’s Vivanta by Taj😊. They had us a room on smoking floor and we had 2 kids. Floors in our room were sticky as the building was pretty old. Some areas were renovated and new like the lobby and some very old. 「Brilliant hotel, service and hospitality is a different level- better than any other hotel we have stayed at. Rooms and food is excellent as well as best spa. Only thing I would say, is taps are not mixer taps so difficult to adjust water temperature. Other than that best hotel ever stayed at well worth it. And worth the upgrade for the the semi private pool. 」
