If someone stays on the lower level and first-floor bedroom, note that there is noise from the sump pump in the basement that may be too loud for some people to sleep. It engages often. The one downside was the view of the water treatment plant on the other side of the lake. It was a bit loud and kind of an eyesore, although the trees did block that a bit.」

We enjoyed the little touches, such as all the light switches marked and the short youtube videos showing how to work the TV. We have stayed in several vrbo's and this is by far the nicest one!」
