"The hotel is located at an excellent location, with fantastic views of the Taal Lake and the volcano. The food in the restaurant is great, and the service is generally very good. "The time for checking in and checking out took too long. There was no specific passage for waiting in line. Although there are two to three receptionists, I had waited in one line while the other three hotel guests had checked in right next me. Same thing happened when I checked out the room."

first time tagatay
"Check in was easy and no issues. Its about 2-3 hrs south of NIAA depending on traffic. Breakfast buffet was always good, rooms clean and always hot water in the shower. i would stay again pros wifi, location con traffic noise is non stop but not a deal breaker"
