Nice hotel with friendly and helpful owner
The owner and his wife are very helpful and nice, when we check-in, the owner introduced his hotel clearly. Besides, the rooms are very big and the breakfast is very nice, we enjoyed so much here.

酒店真的很棒，比照片上更好更新。 上楼的时候还有小电梯，第一次体验那种电梯，特别新奇激动。 刚到的时候还被免费房间update，超值的体验，性价比颇高。 露天温泉很舒服，环境很好，气氛安静，是个放松的好地方！推荐！

這裡的環境很美、很舒適、從大堂乘坐cable car 上山去房間，很特別！ 這裡的職員非常好，又細心照顧。有識講英語的，溝通無問題。 下次再來日本浸溫泉，必定會再選擇這家！

服務員英文好，適合不懂日語的旅客。房間空間大，溫泉水質很好，舒服。但露天溫泉是男女共享的，無分隔，酒店有指定女賓專享時段，在晚餐前和清晨兩時段只供女賓用。 員工和老闆夫婦十分重視客人，經常詢問我們的需要，很渦心。留意酒店房間要行樓梯，但服務員會幫忙提行李，所以我們都不用搬行李上落樓梯。 我們住了三晚，自駕車有停車場，酒店需不在大街，但容易找到，因為路口有清晰燈箱招牌。附近步行8分鐘有很多食肆，也有一間營業至23.30的Aeon, 算方便

I really like the outdoor onsen, it has a good view and it's funny that there is a 'train' to get there. The manager and his wife is nice. I travel there alone and they helped me for searching the routine, bus info and even drove me to the JR station. Manager can speak good English!

當天到達伊東大概晚上8點，酒店通知坐的士，可以報銷，到埗後員工非常熱情招待，房間在頂樓306，酒店員工幫忙提行李上了幾層樓 2人住4人房間面積非常寛敞，廰，房，厠及浴室分開，乾淨又整齊 老闆兩夫婦非常熱情，每早都會打招呼及問候，有家的感覺 可惜頂樓溫泉，女士只有兩段時間，其餘時間男女混合用 整體這間酒店極力推薦其他客人，如果再到伊東一定會再住這間酒店

Nice place, excellent hospitality. The manager drove us to the JR station when we checked out. Since our luggages were too big, he requested the the tourist information center to keep the luggages for us.

環境寧靜，充滿日式風情，往露天風呂的小覽車很有特式，無論室內或室內的風呂也不錯。旅館經理對館內及周邊介紹很清晰及有用。待客很周到，夜了外出仍會出來招呼我們，很有禮。往附近的大室山、仙人掌動物園車程只需半小時。

伊东火车站下车步行十分钟，半山，家庭旅馆，继承产业，有室内和户外两种温泉，员工都会说基本英语。旅店有小型缆车，清晨去泡山上的温泉感觉太棒了。这次是冬天来，好想夏天再来一次啊

满意的和式旅馆居住经历
第一次住和式旅馆，感觉非常好，房间有10叠，住4个人都够了。老板和接待我的工作人员英语很好，虽然我表示日语没问题不过他们还是会习惯性用英语跟我说明。我询问市内的粗点心铺的时候，他们先表示伊东市内可能没有这样的店了，然后查到东京的粗点心铺，直接打印了一份19页的资料给我，搞得我挺不好意思的。老板还告诉我附近的大型超市应该有粗点心卖，果然顺利买到了。旅馆有室内温泉和室外温泉，室外的盐分比较重，听说对身体好，不过是混浴没好意思去……室内的水温有点高，泡了一会儿就受不了了。wifi信号和速度都挺不错。 唯一的瑕疵就是第二天早上起来的时候发现跑进来一只蜘蛛……

Absolutely loved our stay at the Yokikan. Unlike other ryokans, the owner and the staff spoke great english. Immaculately clean, and customer service is out of this world. The natural onsen water is superb! And lastly, breakfast is truly to die for. I highly recommend this place to anyone!!!

The owner of the hotel speaks excellent English. Explained thoroughly how to get around the hotel and surrounding areas. It's only 10 min walk from Ito station to hotel. Hotel room is huge and very comfortable.

일단 동네자체가 너~무 고즈넉하고 이쁩니다. 그에 못지않게 주변과 잘 어울리는 전통료칸모습이었습니다. 발을 들이는 순간 엄청 친절하심에 감동ㅠ무료로 최고의 룸으로 업그레이드 해주셔서 또 감동ㅠㅠ 윗층으로 올라가는 옛날방식 그대로의 엘리베이터에 깜놀ㅎㅎ 숙소에 들어서자 뷰가 쫙~~~ 약간의 아쉬웠던 점은...목욕탕과 노천탕이 층이 다른곳에 있었고 남녀 사용시간이 정해져있어서 노천탕에 아무때나 갈수없었다는점은 좀 많이 아쉬웠어요.체크아웃전에 한번더 가려고했는데 남탕시간이었음ㅠㅠ 그래도 료칸자체가 전통스러웠고 온천물도 너무 좋았고, 친절하심은 말하기 입아픔~^^ 기차역과 그림같은 바다가 가까워서 딸들과 오랜만의 여행이 여유롭고 행복했어요. 잘 묵고 왔습니다. 꼭! 숙박해보시길 추천합니다 👍

An authentic Japanese ryokan experience
Authentic Japanese ryokan experience. Limited English among the staff, only the owners and a general manager speak English, but it did not hinder our experience at all and the service was super friendly. We loved the vintage cable car that takes you up to the rooftop onsen bath, which has an amazing view of tranquil Ito. The gender-specific baths are nice as well, with many amenities such as multiple lotions and foot massagers provided. If you can, order the package with meal(s), we considered these the most authentic Japanese meals we had during our 3-week, 5-city voyage across Japan. Lots of fish. During our checkout, the general manager was also nice enough to shuttle us to the train station, which is otherwise a 15 minute walk. Overall, we really loved our experience and would definitely recommend for those looking for an authentic, relaxing, and hospitable experience.

My husband and I spent a night here on our honeymoon, and our only regret was not booking a longer stay. We had an absolutely lovely time. Everyone at the ryokan was really great, the food was wonderful and the outdoor onsen was a very fun and relaxing and experience. We were very happy with our stay here.

온천물이 매우 좋고, 시설이 청결했습니다. 이토 지역내에서 역사가 깊은 료칸임에도 시설이 매우 청결하여 관리가 잘 되고있음을 알 수 있었습니다. 온천물도 매우 좋았고, 욕탕과 야외온천이 따로있어 좋았습니다. 여성의 경우 전용시간이 따로 존재하여 추천합니다. 돌아갈 때 차를 이용해 역까지 데려다주시기도 하고 근처에 이온몰이나 편의점도 있어서 매우 편리했습니다.
