Cet hôtel est parfaitement situé pour visiter Jakarta, il faut utiliser les taxis qui desservent l'établissement. ホテルのスタッフに親切に対応をして頂きました。レストランのVIBAさんや男性のマネージャさんには感謝しております。又、フロントのコンシェルジュのMUSAにはゴルフ場の手配やタクシーの事で親身になり対応をして頂きました。有難う御座いました。ただ残念で有ったのは部屋掃除の備品でバスマットやハンドタオルなどが無かったしたことが6日間の中で2回ほど有りました。次回も利用したいと思っていますから改善をお願い致します。有難うございました。

The hotel is nice and in good condition. It is modern, and rooms are very spacious and beds are comfortable. The pool is nice too. The only downside would be the location right next to a very busy and hectic avenue, which makes transport a bit complicated, and walking around is somewhat difficult. Otherwise, it’s not far from the main attractions (the old town square and the National Monument), and it’s relatively convenient to reach from the airport. I recommend it for a short stay.

Excellent Staff go above and beyond
Everything was amazing from Check in to check out. Warm attentive staff , hotel clean and modern with fast WiFi. Excellent breakfast and food. The only slight issue was the outside location ( not the hotels fault ) but it’s not the best location in Jakarta as there is loads of construction and no sidewalk. However you do have airport style security when you enter the hotel

Dejligt hotel med hyggeligt pool område og gode træningsfaciliteter. Personalet var søde og meget hjælpsomme. Rengøringen på værelset var ikke i top. Morgenmaden var virkelig lækker.

Holiday Inn made our stay exclusive in Jakarta
Perfect staff, perfect room and facilities. We stayed 20 days here and got excellent experience and service. Excellent experience from a family of 2 adults and 3 children. I cannot express my gratitude to all of the staff enough. Thank you. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again.
