"We can NOT find your reservation. One reception lady told me that "Hotels.com" didn't give them this reservation! And ask me to find "Hotels.com" phone number by Myself, even though they just contacted "Hotels.com". Not so Helpful at the beginning! Quite Frustrating!
"Uncertainty" is travelers' most fear of. That's why we try to choose a good Hotel and Agent once something happened. Getting more of your assistance would be more appreciated!
"Hotels.com" did help right away. Thanks to that!
However, I checked with the lady and Hotel use the NAME to check in, not the "Confirmation Number."
"Hotels.com" inform to use "passport name" to check in, and I updated name and got "Change Confirmation". And it turned out that this Hotel couldn't find my reservation. The "NAME Change" info is NOT updated at all in the hotel. It seems to be a
