「Excellent property, and wonderful, helpful staff. We had an ocean front room, which was amazing. The pool is great for kids and adults alike. The property is also located a little away from the busy part of Ali’i drive, which makes it great to relax at the end of the day after a day full of activities but is conveniently located near beaches and grocery/convenient stores. I highly recommend the property to anyone planning a trip to Kona.」

「This property was well past my expectations in a good way. Very peaceful and welcoming. You can walk to the shopping center and other beach front resorts with ease. Be prepared to have some type of vehicle whether it’s car, scooter, electric bike etc since most of the attractions are far from this location. 」

「Everything was great about the property. It's bigger than we expected. Big kitchen and living room. Great view on the patio/deck. The fees do add up to be a lot , but we knew about them prior to booking and just included them in the cost per night when budgeting. It's a little far away from kailua, but with the full kitchen next time we will do a few meals at the resort 」

「The condo is decorated nicely and located near restaurants and shopping area. The host answered us promptly with questions and addressing concern/issue. We met a nice "neighbor" on the same floor and had a pleasant visit with her and her dog. Kalalau beach is near by which provides nice snorkeling experience. We will come back and visit again.」

The bed is comfortable and I slept well. Minor issue with some small ants in the bathroom.owner was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.」

「We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding that was nearby. A good amount of space for the 10 of us that stayed. Overall, the house was great! Well finished, bright and beautiful. The ocean view from the decks was spectacular, and the decks were safe for our 18 month niece. The property was located a few mile out of town, the perfect balance of quiet and convenience. Thanks so much for letting us stay, we loved it!」
