「Apartment was extremely clean.Completely remodeled.Very quiet neighborhood.Close proximity to where we were going to a wedding. Only issue was my Hubby was not familiar with the TV,so couldn’t get local channels. Would definitely book again if we go to Phillips」

「My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at Tina’s stunning property. It was beyond anything we could ask for. The location is very private and you honestly can’t get a more stunning view of the river. It’s nestled into the trees and it truly feels like you’re in a treehouse. Even though it was a smaller space inside, everything was well designed and not lacking any amenities. The outdoor space is huge and even has a sauna and outdoor shower, both of which were amazing l!!Do yourself a favor...

「The condo was great with lots of cute details. With our stay we also had access to the lake (with slide, raft, etc.), pontoon boat (you can rent), kayaks, firewood (with wood you can buy onsite). Compared to other rentals we looked at on the lake this was reasonably priced with access to lots of fun things to do, and a great location! We're already planning to come back with friends.」

「We have stayed in both The Loft and Birchwood condos at this location. Birchwood was our favorite. The condo is so roomy, decorated very tastefully and has everything you will need for a relaxing stay. The owners are dedicated to making their guests comfortable. I highly recommend the "upscale accommodations" with the "up north location." It is great!」
