「The amount I was charged at check-in was more than the amount quoted by hotels.com. The receptionist took the initiatives to explain to me it was due to VAT. Although the increased amount was more than 5%, appreciated the way the receptionist communicated with me. The room quality was OK, but the housekeeping wasn't done on the first day as they said "everyday they clear the room for 1 time, so the check-in date won't get housekeeping service". However, it's true I checked in late at 2PM due...

「الفندق جميل قريب من كل شي لكن كان في صعوبة في إيجاد العنوان بواسطة التاكسي ولا يوجد رقم تليفون محدث العنوان : فندق التميز الراقي جدة شارع حراء تقاطع الستين مع حراء جوار عالم العصائر او اكتب في جوجل عيادات النزهة الشامل الطبي حراء/ المجمل الفندق قريب من كل شي وقريب من المطار اتمني النزول به مرة ثانية و شكرا لكل العاملين 」

「Great place, very pleasant staff and very clean and well equipped hotel in good location 」

「I was double charged by Expedia, the staff couldn't solve my problem instead asked me to contact Expedia. When i arrived back to Canada i complained to Expedia they said the Hotel suppose to report otherwise I will not get a refund. It was difficult to communicate with the staff they only speak Arabic. 」

「The staff at the reception desk were amazing. They were very helpful and friendly. Specifically Abdalla, Asim and Duha. It’s refreshing to see young professionals doing their job so efficiently. 」

「The hotel is fancy and the ambiance was great. The room is super. The staff is friendly. The area around is Ok but close to Airport and easy access through any Careem taxi, took us 2 min to have Careem at the door step. Room was clean and house keeping was wellcoming, room service was cooperative. Will do it again.」

「Great hotel. The suite had a kitchenette as well equipped with Microwave, fridge, stove and necessary crockery and utensils. The room was very clean and staff very friendly. We couldn’t enjoy the breakfast at the restaurant as it was closed due to the holy month of Ramadan. However, room service was available. Great value for money. 」
