「As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. 「Absolutely spot on what it says. The house has everything you need. The host said all we needed to take was, food, drink & charcoal for the BBQ. This is so true. 「This seasoned property was well-situated in a small village just across the pond from the local pub. It provided us with plenty of room for five adults and was a good home base for exploring some of the coastal areas of Norfolk. We loved the ability to have a fire in the fireplace each night. 「What a gorgeous property, the photos dont do it justice. We will definitely book this bungalow whenever we visit Norfolk now. 「We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this cottage. It was so thoughtfully decorated and was very comfortable. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to prepare food and was so well equipped. The location was fabulous and was an easy walk to the beach, the grocery store and the pub. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the beach hut or the back garden because of the weather but, the garden looked so pretty and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this cottage and I would book it again...

「This is a delightful cottage, with a cosy sitting-room and then much larger than expected and extremely well-equipped kitchen/diner at the back. We didn’t have sitting out weather, but there is a small secluded garden at the back which would be lovely in summer - better than it appears on the Vrbo photos. Despite being on a road called High Street it is very quiet. A bonus is the well above-average quality selection of books and DVDs available.」

「The chapel is a beautifully converted property in a quiet village, well situated in the heart of the North Norfolk countryside and close to the coast. It is clean, comfortable and well equipped and the on-street parking is fine. We had an excellent break, made particularly memorable because we were blessed with beautiful warm and sunny weather.」

「We had a fabulous few days at the cottage as a family of 4. It was clean and cosy, with lovely touches such as a welcome basket and good quality bedding - my husband was especially pleased with the double ninja air fryer. The sunny walled garden was a delight to sit out in, with lovely garden furniture. Our host was also wonderful, with great communication. All in all, a great family break and I would recommend the cottage to anyone - thankyou Teresa. 」

「So pleased to have found this beautiful holiday home which was perfect for a quiet family birthday celebration. Deceptively spacious, very comfortable and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. 「The house is massive, with 6 double bedrooms, very comfy beds, 3 bathrooms, nice toiletries and good size towels. The garden is beautiful, the kitchen is modern with everything you need. The only slight downside is that is is on the main road coming into Kings Lynn so you have constant traffic noise, however it is only a few minutes walk from the town centre, riverside and parks. Great house for a large group. The property managers are very helpful.」

「The Ffokes hotel is in a great location for Sandringham, although the only thing in the village is a garage as well as the Ffokes restaurant. The room was absolutely stunning - immaculately clean, excellent interior design, with a fridge and all amenities thought of. The en-suite was huge and beautifully designed. Steep stairs going up to room in the roof. All staff friendly and professional, car park easy and secure. Breakfast was great with lovely homemade yoghurt and granola pots. 」
