Pool Access Suite was nice. Staffs were friendly and attentive. The open areas were lush and peaceful. Only complaint was that breakfast choices were a bit narrow.

一個飯店要讓顧客滿意,除了硬體設施之外,一個好的服務才是更重要的。 Le Meridien(艾美酒店)在幾個城市的整體評價都是很好的。 沒想到在蘇美島的這家Le Meridien,雖然已經有歷史,許多硬體老舊而沒有維持的很好。但還是可以看出當時設計融入當地景觀和建築的特色。 尤其很有創意的,在自己的沙灘上蓋出一條浮道,讓客人可以享受漂浮海上用餐的浪漫。 但是,這裡的員工訓練顯然是不足的,打招呼都是不帶情感的面無表情;而房間備品也經常忘了更換,等到我們需要時通知,他們送來房間時的表情和態度還很不悅!很難想像這是Le Meridien的水平。 酒店硬體設施固然重要,但用一份對工作熱情的心來和客人互動,才是客人真正希望感受的! #有好招牌沒有好服務是不得人心的 #Lemeridien

整體的環境及設備都相當不錯,泳池也非常的漂亮,但入住時 飯店問我們要不要加錢升級,看了一下房型沒有比我們原本訂的漂亮舒適, 決定不升級時,前台人員才講出原來房型超賣,最後才升級不加錢 (但我們最後還是要求他給我們原訂房型,不過還是三間房分散....) 淋浴的水忽冷忽熱通知前台處理後到退房時還是沒處理好, 飯店經理老是裝忙聯絡但始終沒人到房維修,不知是否泰國人的做事方式如此, 總之再問題的處理方面算是印象相當的差

酒店位于拉迈海滩边缘,周边配套不是太好,交通也并不算太方便,而且酒店没有沙滩,都是很粗的沙粒,没法下水。但好处是比较安静,风景也不错,泳池也很棒,服务很到位,总的来说还是值得一住。

床很舒服,飯店安靜,去拉邁不遠
一切都很不錯,直到最後要check out的時候,早就和飯店mail確認過有接送服務到機場,到退房前一天晚上,還收到飯店放了封信跟我確認去機場的時間,到這裡一切都很完美,也讓我感到很棒!但到了櫃檯辦理退房時,櫃台人員完全不知道此事,還是我們拿出信來他才知道,當時距離信上約定的時間也只剩10分鐘,櫃台人員看完信後,也沒詢問是否現在要出發了,只說那OK,並把信放在一旁,這讓我們有點傻眼。然後,我們等了10分鐘,到了約定的時間,卻沒有任何人來問我們接送的事情,我朋友走到外面也只是看車子,沒有看服務人員等候,我們只好自己走去過櫃檯詢問,但剛剛那位人員離開了位子,我只能再跟另一位服務人員(穿黑衣服的)再講一次我有接送服務,並把剛剛我們給那位櫃台人員的信件(被放在桌上)再拿給那位黑衣服的服務人員看,她才立刻幫忙我們連絡,並讓我們坐上車。最後這10分鐘,讓我覺得有點失望,畢竟一家五星級的飯店,房客一晚一萬多的住宿費用,應該在服務上更主動吧!

酒店是以中國元素設計,所以覺得浴室與房內設備有些古老,像是花錢去住老房子的感覺,我還是喜歡新穎的設備與設計。房內的小泳池本想給BABY 玩水發覺池太深對小孩不安全,房內小泳池有按摩水柱卻沒有可調節水溫設備有點可惜。酒店位置交通很不方便,酒店的shuttle bus一天只有一趟,出入都需靠Taxi 交通花費不少。酒店海灘很差,這次入住有些失望.

Relaxing Hotel
Every employee is very friendly and has a brilliant smile. There are many intimate services, for example, welcome fruit plate, aromatherapy in the bathroom , insect repellent and voltage converter in room, etc. We enjoyed our holiday and felt relaxing in this resort. However, the beach and the pier beside the resort was not clean because of many drift of seaweeds.

飯店總體品質好, 房間舒適感無話可說! 入住這裡會有當國王皇后的感覺, 服務人員親切度100分. 每天房間打掃的很徹底, 每天還有專人來房點蚊香與精油! 但餐廳的食材有點令人失望, 但總體來說還是值得推薦一住. (是一間可以一直想待在飯店裡resort)

大宅门装修风格的精品酒店
大门很不起眼,但进去后很有惊喜,大堂很有山西豪门大院的FEEL,装修很考究,我住的是阳台直接下泳池的那种,孩子玩疯了,都不愿外出。房间同样装修很考究,床品也是很高级别的,酒店服务很好,我都没要求,就主动免费给小孩一个海绵垫做加床,卫生也很好,洗澡用品也不错,就是没配牙刷,要问才送来,这或许是现在的环保做法吧。洗手间很大,相比之下睡房就显得很少,不过阳台很大,起客厅的功能,躺在沙发上对着泳池看书,很写意。估计是因为酒店在外建了防护堤,沙滩的水很差,根本不能浮潜。

很不错的酒店,虽然在大门口的时候被他的大门的简陋所惊讶,但是进入villa的那一霎那,惊艳极了 不错的酒店,风景好,舒适,唯一的缺点就是酒店的沙滩不适合游泳,要去海滩的话需要搭车

Everything is great in this hotel, except it's beach. I was attracted by the ocean bridge on Hotel website and I thought that I can walk til the end then just jump into the sea...unfortunately the sea is not clean, and there were some empty plastic bottles around the area. But, the rest of things were all wonderful, the staffs were nice and friendly, room was very clean and cozy...anyway, it's worth to stay.

The is new and nice with special traditional decoration. The food in restaurant is good especial the lamb loin. However, the main entrance seems a bit small and the parking place aside is not almost completed. The main problem is the Spa room which traffic sound is obvious. It is quite disturbing to the atmosphere and mood.

Used to be an amazing nice hotel and In immaculate condition when it was run by Les Meridian. We had stayed there multiple times pre-COVID. Now it’s looking very dated, nothing to do in the hotel (they used to run little events- cooking lessons etc..). Now there’s really nothing to do there. The beach front is dirty and full of litter, plastic and dead fish. This small beach area in front of the hotel used to be cleaned regularly and this is no longer the case. I see other hotels cleaning their beach area daily - this hotel does not. Also Lamai and the immediate area around the hotel also seems to have not recovered from Covid - places we used to go to are gone etc.. All this and they still charge what Les Meridian charged when it’s not as good seems unreasonable. This was our third and last time we will stay there - which is a shame. No fault of the staff and people working there- they are brilliant, just seems to be the people running it trying to do it on the cheap.

Best hotel in Lamai for sure
We booked this hotel last minute as our previously booked and paid for hotel cancelled last minute. We were so happy at The Lamai Samui. It was serene, pool was gorgeous, staff friendly and food was great. We had 5 nights in total, 1 in a terrace room and 4 in a private pool villa. Pool villa was lovely, very private and loads of space. We were sad to check out and wished we were staying. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Very poor for a 5 star
Very dark room, bathroom was open shower and it smelled. Tv far too small for room and hardly any channels in English, you would expect satellite tv in a 5 star establishment. Drawers kept sticking, furniture old and not too clean either. Pool was nice. Very shabby hotel

The property was beautiful at night with the lights in the dining area and around the trees. I especially liked the dock extending from the beach. The breakfast buffet was great and enjoyable with the view of the pool and beach. The staff was very friendly and efficient. It was great to use the mats in the fitness center to stretch and do yoga.
