the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. and the food was nice too! the hotel is abit far from places (but not too much), but that is exactly why it was very serene and quiet and enjoyable. we took a private pool room and it was fun! we could watch sunrise from right outside our room. enjoyed our stay very much :)

Nice hotel
We woke up late accidentally and missed our breakfast buffet which ended at 10:30. The private pool and part of the rooms can be seen from outside. Privacy isn't good enough. Except that, everything is very good in the room. Good view, good pool , comfortable bed, huge size of bathtub and bathing area and good welcome gifts. Also, it is near to some really nice and romantic restaurant in the beach.

Hotel staff are helpful, I have to mention their driver 'Auran'. He is very polite, helpful and friendly driver. He is very helpful to show me how to get the tourist attractions. Another staff is in Restaurant, her name is 'Bee'. She is very friendly to all the tourists. She served my breakfast. She is a great staff.

房間大，設施可以，不過可以花點錢維修一下房間，牆身的油漆都開始剝落了，廁所的電制沒電，馬桶沖水不給力。離遊客區有點遠，要騎摩托，不過大堂對面就可以租摩托和有售賣各種當天一日遊，挺好

這間酒店太美了，訂的是海景別墅，房間泳池是無邊境泳池，對着海，超級美的！酒店的人也很好！酒店里有租車和local tour,價錢和旺區的一樣！在蘇梅5天，一定要租車，租了電單車5天，超級方便的！

I was a bit disappointed by the location of the hotel. Although it is next to a beach, it is actually quite far from the city. However, I was impressed by the massage service provided by the hotel spa. Our room was neat and comfy as well. I would give a 4/5 in general.

Nice experience
Nice services from the front desk. Although it's a bit old, it's nice room to relax. And bit far away from the Shopping mall/food count, it has to be take 'TukTuk' or taxi. Just few restaurants nearby, it also has to walk about 15-20mins.

今次係honeymoon之旅,一入到房2張床,我話要換,佢話幫我整,點知把2張單人床變做一張double bed, 我講極都話已經幫我地整咗,結果honeymoon被迫好像分開瞓一樣(2床間有個那,瞓呢到會好辛苦的)之後洗手位經常(留)水,差點整濕電制!! 住了5日,我要轉酒店,想話拎膠紙去pack箱,又話冇,我想知係冇定係唔肯借呢? 想話叫酒店送我地d行李去sheraton, sheraton跟酒店只係2條街左右距離,但咁熱當然想要車去啦,竟要收我300B,我有冇聽錯?結果check in sheraton,一話要去the sarann拎行李,人地一句都冇出就準備好車子給我們!!!呢d未叫服務囉!! 酒店位置唔方便,係chewang的盡頭,但除去了這些原因酒店都OK的,只係我唔會再入住!!!

Sea view: The sea view is very good, although small grass land and rocks in between room and sea. Plus, Room facing North East, best to have sun bath from morning to ~3pm. Location: At the South end of Chewang beach, ~8 mins drive from shopping mall Room condition: Clean and tidy. The bad thing is.. 1. hot water supply is unstable, it use up very soon, so we didn't enjoy the bathtub 2. the furniture is a bit old, the wardrobe looks fragile; some of the curtain not working, difficult to adjust; indeed these are minors. Anyway, the bed is comfortable and large. Pool: its length about 10m, water is clean and the pool works all the time. Only bad thing would be the furnishing on the pool sides outside bedroom is old and not clean with a spider, somehow i prefer not to touch that area.This flaw became minor when we have the gorgeous sea view and sunshine Service: The staff is very helpful very nice and speak good English. We enjoy being here.

Top notch honeymoon location!
Awesome jaccuzzi, huge bathroom, very cozy bed, very close to the beach and pretty calm. Although it's quite away from city center, for the hotel it's a plus not to be the next to "the buzz".

给三人入住的朋友提醒哦，我们到了前台被告知第三人需要叫1500B的加人费，本来预定的别墅房型（私人泳池别墅后面一排）就要3000B一晚了，就这个价位来说可以找到更好的。其他各方面就还不错，就是房间马桶没有收拾干净。

What happen to this hotel??
入住的時候看起來很美好，但仔細研究才發現，客廳以及衣櫃的拉門是壞的，在拉的時候就像生鏽一樣 一開始空調還滴水，本來想要換房但後還來發現沒有了，以為只是剛開空調而已，殊不知是夢靨的開始 首先是那空調忽冷忽熱，而且運轉聲音非常大聲，又伴隨著滴水的聲音。但地板沒水，所以我們很確定是空調有問題！熱水也是忽冷忽熱的，都不知道怎麼洗澡才好！棉被跟枕頭有點異味，我們以為第二天出門清潔人員會換掉所以沒多想，但第二天換得更臭，好像沒洗過一樣 是我們放得小費不夠，所以隨便換嗎？ 雖然這間沒有沙灘，它是蓋在崖邊的，但沒關係走一下就可以到沙灘了 但是綜合這兩天的經驗 我們認為花這麼多錢住宿是不值得而且相當浪費 住的那兩天剛好碰到漲潮，海浪聲加上空調聲裡外交合簡直配成了世紀交響樂 睡眠品質差到爆炸 這就是我花了這麼多錢住到的房間？ 花了這麼多錢，接駁車接送到機場還要1000THB，還真好意思收 雖然我們最後是自己移動 我們也是看了網路上的評價才訂房的 而且還有很多部落客推薦 但顯然這間是一年比一年差 老舊的東西都快換一換吧！ 結論：超爛！

酒店很漂亮，房间也很漂亮，很大很宽敞，有大浴缸，无边泳池很漂亮，从好订网定的330一晚，对酒店的水平来说确实不贵，但分到的房间靠近马路，稍微有一点点吵，这是唯一的瑕疵。

我是入住按摩池套房的，房間有股怪味，需要點香薰辟除，但酒店不是忘了加精油，就是忘了換蠟燭; 厠紙架及花灑頭都很舊，房間設備好像沒有維修一樣; 入住5天，頭兩天還有WIFI，第三天開始上不到網，職員說網絡公司問題，幾天都用不上。 酒店離巿區約10分鐘車程，每天只有兩班免費接駁小巴，其餘時間都要付錢。

我選擇的是Seafront Pool villa, 床是對著infinity pool及大海, 景色十分好! 房另一邊則是living room, 但通常也不會用到 房間佈置十分精緻, bath tub一流, 唯水溫比較難控制 另外酒店職員打掃時會幫你燃點香薰, 每次回房間也非常清新 酒店每天也有shuttle bus去查汶市中心, 只要5分鐘前到lobby就可以了 酒店早餐還可以, 選擇不多 酒店的大池也十分美麗, 也是另一個infinity pool, 不過酒店對著的只是石灘, 要到沙灘就要走到旁邊的chaweng noi, 但十分方便, 幾分鐘步程就到了 酒店地理位置也方便, 一出門可以坐的士或雙條 整體十分好!!

Very luck to have the room updated from deluxe room to Jacuzzi suite free! The suite has a yard with two chairs and an addtional bathtub with massage function. The bedroom is huge decorated with fresh flowers and aroma~ The swimming pool has amazing view~~However, the hotel does not provide free shuffle from the airport and the van it provides is really expensive, for instance, the taxi from the pier to the hotel is only 300 baht but the van of the hotel costs 600 baht to the airport, the distance to which is only half of that to the pier. The restaurant is quite disappointing in both the taste and the price.

Great stay!
We came to Koh Samui as our babymoon trip and stayed at the sea front pool villa at the Sarann. The place is just what we expected. Room is comfy with a nice bathroom and living room next door. The pool is really nice too. One only thing is that the shower water gets cold and hot at times. There are also a lot of flies and at the breakfast area but I guess it's not sth the hotel can control. Really nice and friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay here a lot.

My wife and I dated for nine years, we married in January this year Dream finally come true. This is our honeymoon The sarann ​​is a pretty nice hotel, I watched with some photos from the Tripadvisor and someone's blog, I quite like the hotel so I did not hesitate to choose a sea-facing suites, and do not care whether others is possible be upgrade. Every hotel staff are very perfect, whether it is reception, restaurant, housekeeping, everyone is always full of smiles patiently and let us feel very happy honeymoon Sea-facing suites with views and the pool is very perfect, the room is quite clean. Hotels often have noise late into the night So we could not sleep first 2 night. we did not reflect the hotel, I think for they can't not to do anything outside the pub noise. The only one no surprise is dinner. prices are high but did not taste prominent, especially seafood packages

I booked an Ocean view room. The sea view was excellence but the room seem no service maintain and repair since opening. The room and the private pool were very dirty with many insects. The breakfast was so so and nothing special. It was very noisy when sitting in the restaurant because it locate next to the main road with heavy traffic outside. The schedule of shuttle bus to Cheweng city was very limited. To sum up, it is not a relaxing place.

今次入住的Room type 是Sea Front Pool Villa，由check-in一刻開始，酒店職員服務已經十分有禮貌，進入房間後，泳池、客廳、洗手間等都十分寬躺、整潔，早餐是自助形式，選擇不算多，但也能接受，以此價格入住這酒店確實超值，房間泳池私隱度一般，因有一小小花園能通過所有pool villa,不過景觀不錯，晚上在床上遠望向渣汶大街，還能看見花火。由酒店乘坐的士往渣汶大街，只需10分鐘左右（約300bath)，十分方便。

第二晚入住的房型Sea front pool villa,看房名就知道了靠海邊而且還有私人游泳池,床正對著海邊,百葉窗拉開就是海,爽!!真的很爽!!泳池是不大啦,大約是4mx1.5m的大小,但這樣就夠了,還有一個小庭院,小庭院的後面是分離式客廳,沒錯!!客廳跟房間是分開的,太陽大時不想玩水就在客廳吹吹冷氣用平板看看蘋果日報,隔天一早我們就是躺在躺椅上吃吃麵包喝喝咖啡,看看蘋果日報,趁著太陽還不大的時候泡泡水,海灘椅上曬曬日光浴,這樣的生活真的很棒,什麼都不用想,就是慢活
