優點: 鄰近大型購物中心, 位置方便, 職員有禮貌及主動幫忙缺點: 客房設備陳舊, 洗手間坐廁板損壞, 水箱漏水, 浴室去水不暢順引致積水久久不退, 酒店提供的shower gel & shampoo 質素不佳, 很臭(建議不要提供)

位置真的很方便。但衛生程度麻麻。洒店大堂算乾淨，但房間清潔度就很低了。衛生間不潔淨。早餐很難吃。不吃也罷。因房間價格不高那就可接受了。總括來沙巴玩，酒店選擇很多，不考慮這洒店為佳。

臨近海邊與Suria Saba的優質飯店

1.隔壁就是Suria Saba 購物中心，很方便。鄰近海邊，看夕陽很方便！ 2.化妝椅好像被熨斗燙破一小塊，請修復。 3.服務人員客氣有禮，整體感覺很棒。 4.我們4：00要去機場，櫃台人員還幫忙用Grab叫車，省了很多費用。

非常糟糕

飯店櫃檯態度極差，特別有兩位，有影片及照片佐證，並且出發前還以為該酒店於市中心，會有華語服務人員可惜一個都沒有。一進房間廁所充滿尿味，地上還有一攤半乾的尿漬。唯一值得讚賞的是早餐部門的服務人員，專業且和善。

Terrible hotel I'd never choose

Very dirty, outdated rooms with unpleasant smell. Very terrible breakfast and tourists from some places. I'd never ever choose this hotel. Don't be fooled by the pictures and cheap price.

酒店內浴室殘舊, 污漬處處, 要翻新; 廁紙質料不良, 有點濕感覺, 令人擔心衛生問題. 早餐食物選擇不多, 其實基本煎蛋 / 火腿 / 雞肉片會更好; 炒蛋外觀不佳; 多士爐效率好. 員工態度好, 勤奮友善. 同層住客喧嘩, 聲浪太大, 亂按門鐘, 很騷擾.

這酒店地點很好，附近有大型商場及很多食肆，酒店大堂亦很光鮮整潔。但房間設備及衛生情況有很多改善空間，有插頭壞了，電視開不了，浴室有臭味及花灑有點壞(漏水)，冷氣挺吵的，隔音亦不太好，房間內可讚的就是床還挺舒適及冷氣溫度足。

這次住到剛好可以看海景的房間，覺得很不錯。兩個小問題是房間空調溫度無法調整，會太冷，沒有附茶包或咖啡有點小可惜，其他部分都不錯！！

非常便利，高CP質的飯店！

飯店的位置非常便利，對面就是Suria Sabah以及默迪卡購物中心，走路五分鐘就能到加雅街以及美麗華超市，七分鐘能到實威超市！位置沒話說！再來飯店設施的部分，房間乾淨明亮，床鋪枕頭棉被都蠻好睡的，浴室水壓也夠大，冷氣也很涼，所以硬體設備是很ok的！不過有些東西沒有附要記得自備喔！（有肥皂洗髮沐月身體乳；沒有吹風機、室內拖、牙刷牙膏）總體來說來沙巴玩這間飯店是個很棒的選擇喔！

靠近海灘的好飯店

整體而言，用價格來說是符合其價格的飯店床的部份我給滿分，舒適好睡地板與地毯老舊，期待飯店可以更新一下浴室及格，記得要攜帶盥洗用具，吹風機可以電話給客服，他們會送上來牆壁看起重新粉刷過，所以還可以，風景不用說，如果是海景房將會物超所值飯店人員在Check in的時候有點不專業，竟然用護照找不到我名字... 但是清潔人員與Room Service還是挺有禮貌的，整體來說是非常服合其價格與評分的一間飯店嚕，如果是想在沙巴省點住宿費來說，我還是會推薦！

地毯髒污發黑，房間設施非常老舊

為了住高樓層訂了大床的高級房，結果給了間2樓像宿舍的房間，廁所尤其髒，整體非常老舊，實在不像3星級，而且是下午3點才能check in,選別間吧！
