I stayed 4 nights in this hotel, expecting services that is at least comparable to other 4-5star hotel but disappointingly it failed. Firstly, the hotel failed to arrange a higher floor room because my advance request was not entered into the system even though reply was received before my arrival. During my stay, the room has not been cleaned properly, amenities including towels sometimes were not replenished and towel quantities were inconsistent. My 2nd night with only one bath towel, and last night not even one wash cloth was given. The worst 5-star hotel experience that I’ve ever had.
