Stayed for 1 night in a room with harbour view. Nicely decorated, modern room with great view of Victoria harbour. The rooms have nice touches such as a coffee machine and a water filter machine (instead of using plastic bottled water). Shower was excellent. Staff at reception were nice and keen to help. However, the breakfast was a shambles and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel because of this. The breakfast is made to order, however the staff were poorly organised and got both our order and other tables order wrong. It took 20 minutes for us to get a coffee and almost an hour to get our food (despite it only being half-full). However, when it did arrive, my partners order was half-missing. As we had a flight to catch and with other tables having similar issues we had to leave before getting the rest. The food was also of average quality and certainly not 5* and not a patch on other similarly priced chains such as Shangri-La. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
