「Staff are friendly and helpful. The villa we stayed was nice and privacy. We saw sunset in our pool. 」

「The server are polite and nice. However seems not quite experienced. After house keeping, old tower has been collected without re-fill new ones.」

「第一次体验不同的住宿体验，感觉还是非常的不适应。酒店没有早餐，需要吃什么要自己做。酒店的吃住行工作人员可以帮忙代办，费用会比自己去订的要高一些，酒店任何配套都没有，所有的配套服务都是外包的，就是上门spa也是外面路上找来的人。这次唯一一觉得不错的，就是有一个独立的泳池，酒店并不靠海，所以这个泳池还是必须的。总之，之后不会再定了，心太累，虽然酒店给了电话和微信，但是他们并不是24小时有人在的，需要帮忙的时候，往往找不到人。」

「整體來說是很好的，有職員幫我們check in，介紹住宅規則、附近食肆、一日遊資料，留下電話讓我們可隨時聯絡 唯一缺點是住幾天期間不會清潔，若要清潔需另收費」

「Villa surrounding was secluded. Difficult to get grab as there is no address to the Villa. Luckily the is a hotel across the road where we can eat. If not you will only have the 7-11 outside. There is a massive black out a few hours before we check out to sum up our holiday. 」

「This hotel had bedbugs. We had a reservation in the 3br suite and around 11pm discovered there were bedbugs infested in all 3 rooms. I struggled with posting this review because all of the the staff are so nice but I see the room is available for reservation again and it was a total nightmare to discover this and deal with sanitizing our things and finding a new place to stay in the middle of the night. 」

「Sebastián el propietario es un gran anfitrión, desde que llegamos estuvo atento a todas nuestras necesidades, nos ayudó con la entrada con el taxi del aeropuerto, con el alquiler de motos y coche con todo... muy buena gente. La casa es mejor que lo que veréis en las fotos, le aconsejé que hiciera fotos nuevas, una casa muy muy Bonita un jardín precioso con muchos detalles zona muy tranquila, aire acondicionado en todas las dependencias, piscina con leds y jacuzzi, ubicación muy tranquila un poco...

「Wir erhielten die falsche Adresse von der Plattform Expedia und konnten von dort aus erst mit grosser Verzögerung jemanden erreichen. Dadurch kam es soweit, dass wir noch 2 Hotelzimmer für eine Nacht gebucht haben. Neben dem Haus gibt es leider immer wieder Lärmende Geräusche von einer Baustelle.」

「服務人員很熱情，住宿品質很好，免費接駁車方便，早餐豐盛，泳池乾淨還有水柱，沙發，搖椅，床&枕頭都很舒服。除了硬體設備有一點點小缺點，例如主臥浴室的洗臉盆漏水緩慢，有些碗盤有缺角，早餐的餐蓋有破損，其餘都非常完美，還可以跟櫃台借熨斗。下次再來一定會再入住這裡，附近環境很安靜，像在樹林草叢裡，可以跟旅館租機車外出方便。如果你不想住在奧南觀光客很多的地方，住Alisea pool villas真是非常享受的選擇。」
