衛生條件很差,浴室很骯髒,角落上的污垢用花灑可輕易洗出,浴巾沒有更換,牙刷牙膏等基本用品都沒有,拖鞋亦沒有,最重要的衛生問題是房間內的樽裝水竟然被不知名人打開並士喝了一半,還可以出現房間內! 床褥彈弓嚴重老化,輕微轉身已會發出怪聲。 真的令這次旅程有一個難忘的回憶,一定不會再入住!

交通方便,旁邊就是地鐵站
原本第一次入住這間酒店有點不習慣,因為太大,而且保安嚴密,出入都好像不太方便。但住下來習慣了就不會覺得麻煩,反而可以步行去附近的地方如阿羅街、燕美市場、武吉免登商圈等。酒店旁邊就是單軌列車Imbi站,去KL Central 、秋吉市場都很方便,不用轉車。 酒店很大,裡面還有很大的shopping mall,有吃有玩有電影院、超市等,酒店職員服務不錯,會幫忙搬行李。 酒店房間很大,床鋪很舒適,空調足夠。大家要注意酒店沒有提供牙膏牙刷,要自備。還有只有浴巾,並沒有洗面巾。下次都會入住。

Not easy to find as the direction sign is unclear.
Maybe it is the standard in Malaysia but not the problem of the hotel. In this price, the hotel is overall up to standard. The direction indicator/sign is totally fail overall in KL, i could just keep asking people but can't find the way by reading the signs alone.luckily, people are nice in KL. The room is okay, it is clean when you not look into detail. The room cleaning throw away my drink which is on the table and just half finished, I am wondering it 's a common sense that not to throw away any goods on the table but just those in the rubbish bin. The swimming pool is good, as it is big and not crowd. The public area is nice. The security is good as i need my room key to get into the corridor, lift and hotel entrance at night.

不滿意酒店安排房間的態度
由於這次是家庭旅遊,所以預定了同種類的房間六間,大半年前預訂房時我們已要求所有房間同一層及可以相連,直到出發前都沒有通知不能處理這要求。當天入住也沒跟我們說不能同層亦沒有相連房,是直接分配房間給我們。由於酒店分東、西座...晚上十時前可在西面通過商場到東面,過後只能在15樓寧靜的長走廊上步行回東面,路程對長輩來說並不輕鬆,而且東面大堂是沒有接待處,一到晚上比較品流複雜!!酒店不能安排同層,只能拍卡到自己的樓層,造成到對方房間的不便,即使是同層也分配到各自房間很遠!!期間有跟酒店職員再溝通要求換房,他們有提出房號給我們選擇,但當我們選擇後才說已有人入住,真不明白到底發生什麼事情,最後說入住的後一天可轉房,但房間只有比現在的房間小很多,變相是我們住比較低價錢的房間!!六房間其中三間內的洗手間並不衛生,有陣尿味,其中兩間洗手盆淤塞...房間冷氣不足當中床被有污穢及迷你小強@@最後導致其中一間房我們放棄不住了!!房間沒有提供牙刷及牙膏,需自行擕帶。不建議單身男、女入住,因為一到晚上附近變得寧靜,東面大堂有一堆男士俳徊,而且出入不方便,女士夜歸會比較危險。 整體來說,除了有大型商場及員工有禮外(特別是回程找酒店安排大型車給我們到機場,同行除了行李專員當司機,意想不到會有多一位行李專員同行會在上車下車時把行李拿下,行李專員很有禮貌及貼心),是次並不滿意酒店安排房間及衛生程度需改善,下次不會再考慮入住...
