1.地點很好,Good 2.服務人員親切,Good 3.打掃人員有時會忘記補充備品、毛巾,Bad 4.每日可送洗三件衣物很棒,Good 5.早餐好吃,但是變化不大,Normal 5.明明就還有許多房間,卻幫我安排在最低樓層,以及電梯機房旁邊....,Very Bad 二十四小時電梯運轉,噪音非常大聲,還有牆壁震動,讓我非常難以入眠。 冷氣控制是有問題的,只可以調整風量大小,溫度卻是無法控制,非常的冷,關掉又很熱,讓我睡得很差,我也因此感冒發燒。

Bukit Bintang has high traffic jam so that is not good. The water fountain in the lobby area is smelly and does not create a welcoming feeling. The make up rooom service took a long time on Sat, 4 May. It was past 4.30 pm when I had to remind the staff to clean up the room even though we switched on the Make Up room button before 12 noon. The room furniture looks old.
