「This is a very spacious and luxurious flat. It was exactly as listed. The owner Joy and the on-site contact was very responsive. Check in and check out was very easy. It was vey clean and had all the amenities for the stay. Location was very good and there is plenty of parking with great views of the backwaters from every room We very much enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. One thing which could be added is a dishwasher.」

「Let me start with, I would rent this property again. The property could use some cosmetic improvements for the NRI customer. The property manager is new at this and some attention to detail would make the experience much better. For example, written instructions on how to handle/ find mundane things like how to dispose of full garbage bins, batteries for remotes, turn on the water heater, refill all the hand soap bottles, would make life simple.
