「Did not provide room in spite of confirmed booking and prepaid. We were stranded and they would only say we are over booked. 」

「Hotel handy enough for public transport. Balcony could have been cleaner- pigeons nesting above on air conditioning 」

「Excellent vacation location, with beautiful mountains as the perfect backdrop. Very friendly and helpful resort staff. Only minor issue was slow service in the main restaurant. My wife and I sat at a table for about 20 minutes waiting for staff to acknowledge us. Also, Pinacoladas my wife ordered had very little, if any alcohol content.」

「It was a nice one night stay, the breakfast was really good. The restaurant/cafe adjoining was very good. Great service. The biggest draw back was the hot water tank in the bathroom was right up against the toilet. And the shower head would not hang up properly. Just annoying not a disaster. I would definitely stay again 」
