「Property was very nice with plenty of kitchen supplies and close to Walmart. We liked having the Keurig. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had safety features. We enjoyed the large balcony with a spectacular view and the available beach chairs and umbrellas for rent. Parking was tight, but a nice parking space across the road with a covered walkway was available.」

「Some friends and I stayed here for 3 nights in beautiful 30A. Somehow the area exceeds the expectations you’ve already heard about 30A. The house itself was clean, everything worked, and the host was very responsive. The back deck was a perfect way to unwind after a beach day and the golf cart was SO fun to ride around in all the backroads of 30A there are to discover. Would absolutely book this place again.」

「Work was being done in the hallways on all 20 floors. The generator & machinery being used vibrated the building & was very loud. The VRBO manager did compensate us for some of our stay, but we had to ask for it. The condo is lovely and would stay there again.」

「We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay.」

「We chose this property because our son was participating in the Iron Man competition. After studying the route on the IRONMAN website, I felt like this was in close proximity to the course. Little did I know, the running portion of the race goes directly in front of the house! It worked out perfectly! The property was clean and comfortable.
