「We had been to the hotel about 10yrs ago and loved it & on my husband's 45th birthday this wkend, decided to go again. Such a terrible decision on my part. The greatness and standards of the hotel had dropped significantly that i am appalled it has the rating it sits with! We did not receive the pincode for accessing the game lodge. 「We were there to play golf and were virtually the only people there which was bizarre but meant we had the course to ourselves which was nice. Excellent course in good condition and was being prepared for a big tournament. Lodges are fine with balcony, people very friendly but menu was restricted in the evening as we were the only guests! Great wildlife on the estate and in the vicinity at Nielsvlei. Only negative was that they did not have a record of our booking - Hotels.com take note!」
