a horrible experience
I paid 3 people's rate and required an extra bed, but when I checked in, they only gave me an extra air mattress instead of a real bed. And then, I contacted the website customer service hotline. I was offened by the arrogant attitude of the operator. Finally, I had to sleep on the air mattress during my whole vacation. So I won't reserve hotel rooms on this website anymore, I think it is a horrible experience.

Struttura molto pulita personale molto gentile e disponibile. A 20 minuti dall’aeroporto in una baia con belle spiagge. La spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti ma x visitare l’isola consiglio di noleggiare uno scooter proprio vicino all’hotel con soli 6/7€ al giorno. La benzina costa 40 centesimi al litro. Si possono facilmente raggiungere le più belle spiagge

My sister and I had a great stay at the hotel! My only comment is that there should be some lotion provided in the rooms as a complimentary toiletry for after the beach. Other than that it was great!

4 nights in Langkawi!
We had a great time at Aloft Langkawi. The pool area was big with a bar with GOOD drinks! We had a big room, and big bathroom. The breakfast was various and have a lot to choose from. Delicious! Only a 5 min walk from the beach!

The hotel has a very contemporary and modern design. The service was freindly and helpful. The beach is close by, however large portions are reserved by other resorts and there is no shade to sit in. The toilet seat was dirty on arrival, although they cleaned it upon request, this should not happen. There was no compensation or explaination for this. There was a large variety for breakfast but it was all flavourless. For the 5 days of our stay the breakfast options were the same.

Our room is 218 which is right below the gyms. We could hear very loud noise when people are working out with either weight or dumbbell. We complained to the hotel and recommended that they should move the gyms to first level

スタッフさんはみんな優しいです。 チェックインしている間に、子供が遊べるサッカーゲームやビリヤード等もあって、助かりました。 3階のプールレストランも、高すぎず、飲み物込みで一人辺り50RMくらい、味も良かったです。 私が予約したプランは空港の送迎も付いて、とても便利でした。 また、一回のロマンチックディナーも着いて、家族で夕日を見ながら、贅沢な時間を過ごしました。 2、3キロ離れたところに有名なcenangビーチがあり、お店がいっぱいあります。夕方はビーチでfireshow等のイベントがあり、いろいろ楽しめます。

Fint hotell med närhet till mycket
Fint hotell med mindre poolområde. Ligger 5 minuters gångväg till stranden, alternativt så blir man körd till stranden med hotellets golfbil. Nära till många resturanger, finns säkert ett 20 tal inom 10 minuters gångväg. Ytterligare 10 minuters gångväg ligger den större byn med många fler restauranger samt ett stort antal affärer. Hotellet ligger på den lungnare delen, här finns knappt några barer. Enkelt att ta en grab om man inte orkar gå. Fantastisk fin frukost med stort utbud från hela världen. Poolområdet är litet med tanke på hur många som kan bo på hotellet. Européerna är snabba på morgonen att reservera de få solstolar som finns. Den största nackdelen är havet, när vi var där var det ingen som badade, dåligt sikt samt risk för jelly fish. Men det är knappast hotellets fel.

Average stay
Overall is ok, not fantastic but ok. The toiletries were plastic packed and the shampoos were sticked on the wall that doesn't allow take away, somewhat cheapskate. Good thing is they have balcony, so if you washed clothes can hang. They have kid's club, good for those travelling with children. They are slow in their service, do not expect them to provide anything to you fast.

Simply put, the Aloft Langkawi has the best of both worlds. Far away enough to relax, unwind and enjoy. Whilst still close enough to walk to all restaurants and shopping. There is nothing not to love about this hotel. ALL staff were wonderful, happy and loved to have fun whilst still being attentive to all our needs. A special hello to Fuad the restaurant manager who just went above and beyond. What an assett to the hotel. The restaurant was bright and airy. Seating inside and out if you wish. The choices and quality of the food whether buffet breakfast or a la carte we exceptional. The choices varied daily and the food was always hot and fresh. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and bright. The super king bed was plush and wonderfully comfortable.The bathroom was just beautiful and soaps/lotions etc were excellent quality. The swimming pool was what dreams are made of. Infinity pool overlooking the beach and palm trees, spa pools and even sun beds in the pool itself. Simply paradise. We can not rate this hotel and its staff highly enough and are already planning another trip. Thank you to all of the staff and Adrian Chua for making us feel so welcome and at home. See you all again in the new year
