「This is an older beach cottage with some updates (floor, kitchen appliances), nice outdoor shower. We weren't expecting a luxury rental. Location is one block from the beach. Excellent. The 'yard' was useless as the water level was high and it was saturated/muddy almost up to the house. (it's basically a swamp). 「This was our second stay at seagulls nest and it was even better than the first time. As usual it was super clean and so accommodating. The inside and outside of this adorable house was perfect. The yard and the decor inside was so cozy and comfortable. John and Lynn were so kind and attentive and quick to respond. We will be returning again hopefully before the year is over.」

「Craig and Canela (his adorable pup!) were the perfect hosts for our weekend away. My sister and I were visiting Cape May for a triathlon and Craig was incredibly informative, filling us in on the best places to eat and must-see attractions. On top of that, he was tremendously hospitable, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The property was clean and lovely and just what we needed for our weekend away.」

「A group of friends and I stayed at this property and loved it. The location was very central to both the beach as well as shops/restaurants/bars. 「Old school furniture in every room. TV in living room and main bedroom only. No grill even though pics and description says there is. 2 bikes available but flat tires and no pump and very rusty. Patio umbrella was a beach umbrella not a real patio umbrella. Excellent location. Close to beach and main drag with all the great restaurants. All rooms were large and clean with some wear and tear but I would stay here again.」

「Me, my husband, his brother, and his new fiancée all spent New Year's eve in this lovely place! Perfect location, walking distance to everything Rehoboth! Clean, comfortable, and cozy! 「This house is good but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone for the reason that a lot of the things in the house seemed like they were breaking falling apart or just didnt work at all it was stressful to have to keep going back and fourth to the owner that things were broken or not working but if youre going to wildwood and not really concerned about staying at a house durinf the day stay here the beds were so comfortable and the area is nice and quiet!」
