「We were in Oxford for a soccer tournament. The house was very clean and comfortable for our family of four. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed during our stay. 「It was a great place for our group to gather to watch the eclipse, and then visit with each other afterwards. Very historic house with potential to be even more grand if renovations continue. The gazebo is nice. The yard would be even better with a garden or flowering trees. We enjoyed exploring the house. So much room!」

「The house was very nice, clean and had everything we needed! It's a very nice neighborhood with nice houses. It was enjoyable to go in a nightly walk around the neighborhood. 「The property was everything we could have asked for and more! My kids had a great time swimming in the pool and exploring the grounds. The pool cover quit working while we were there and the owners came right out to try and fix it. Extremely nice people I might add. Will certainly visit again!」

「Nothing the property owner could help the areas just rundown and a little sketchy. For where it’s located it’s very quiet inside. I slept very well. I would take your own bedding the comforter had stains on it and all the decorative pillows were stained on the backside. Also there was hair in the sheets . All that said The price was right and for last-minute booking At least we had a place to stay. Over all I’m grateful. 」

「Nice house, well-maintained and clean. Location, off an alley, is very convenient. The house was listed as having two twin beds, and there was only one, but the owner is in the process of renovation and maybe did not note this. Not a big deal, we didn’t need it. The house was all we needed and is located less than two miles from Dayton’s campus, so it worked out well. Thank you for everything!」
