「We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Ralph made us feel very welcome and was extremely helpful with recommendations on where to go and eat etc. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed, and was in a great location, minutes from the beach and local amenities, including supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Praia das Maçãs is a very chilled and relaxing place to stay and we met some lovely people. We stayed 12 nights and loved it. Thank you Ralph, we hope to be back! :-)」

「We greatly enjoyed our stay in this nice lovely cottage with its unique rural style and design. The host is extremely friendly and always helping with any requests. The welcome basket is absolutely amazing – we just loved to reenergise ourselves after a long trip with the delicious local treats. The area around is nice and calm – perfect for a family get away and taste the Portuguese style. We found everything we may need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.」

「Jolie Quinta portugaise très confortable avec ses 5 chambres et ses 5 salles de bain. Ce qui est assez rare en général. Grande piscine et table de ping-pong qui ont ravi les enfants. Commerces et plage à 5 mn en voiture. Accueil très sympathique par Elisabeth et petites attentions de la part des propriétaires pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue (petits gâteaux, pain, jus de fruits, beurre, vin local, fromage ...). 「This house is homey and spacious. It does not have a hot tub. The beds are good and the views are amazing. There is definitely an electrical problem that was addressed but not solved during our stay (3 weeks). You can not run the heating units/AC all together, you cannot run the dishwasher and washing machine together. The electric supply is not sufficient for the house. We worked around it and had a good stay but if you’re not handy probably you should stay elsewhere.」

「The hotel was fantastic! Incredibly beautiful house, like a small castle. We were welcomed by the owner Ana who showed us around and made us feel very welcome. Beautiful natural garden with lots of space for the children to play and go exploring. Personal and warm atmosphere. Breakfast in front of the fireplace was a highlight. Would definitely recommend this unique and personal place to anyone and will be more than happy to return.」

「We had a wonderful 2 day stay at the Mill House near Santa Cruz. Carla and her family were incredibly welcoming, generous and warm people. Right after check in we got a tour of the farm that is part of the property and her husband gave us samples of some things they grow there. 「An ideal retreat to escape the hustle and bustle. The flats are tastefully and modernly furnished. The facilities are very good and the large pool provides refreshment on the hot days. The landlords proved to be very accommodating and helpful. So our second stay here was again very pleasant.」

「This one of the greatest hotel I have ever experienced in the past. The location, service, and cleanliness are excellent. Parking is also available by paying daily basis, which is very convenient if you could not find the street parking. It is also very close to the city center, which around 15-20 mins walking distance. There is also a convenient store close by (200m away), which you can get some snack, drinks and etc. Very recommended if you are traveling with family or business.」
