Het personeel is prima, maar zijn onhandig. Bvb. Wasmachine draaide rond 23:00h waardoor er niet mogelijk was om te slapen. Keuken is een lachertje, de pand is gehorig en dus niet goed geïsoleerd. Kortom accommodatie was niet het geld waard die betaald heb.

Stanza davvero piccola per quattro persone, non avevamo quasi lo spazio per i trolley. Però ottimo prezzo, quindi non mi aspettavo una reggia. Davvero molto rumorosa, stanza attaccata alla reception. Una notte hanno suonato il citofono alle 4 e ci hanno svegliato perché si sentiva tutto. Siamo stati quattro notti, alla fine del secondo giorno si rompe la serranda dell’unico finestra. Lo segnaliamo la sera stessa e lo ricordiamo la mattina dopo, sperando di trovarla aggiustata al nostro ritorno. Invece nulla, finestra chiusa e niente cambio aria fino alla fine del soggiorno. Roba che abbiamo tenuto la ventola del bagno aperta per fare un minimo di ricambio. Posizione centrale ma dintorni poco piacevoli, con tanto di baraccopoli proprio sotto le camere. Ok per giovani avventurieri, noi in famiglia abbiamo un po’ accusato.

It was basically a dorm with walls the locks were a joke and with 4 different “rooms” sharing a bathroom sleep was impossible

Stanza e bagno in una zona di certo non bellissima di Lisbona. Fuori dalla porta della stanza c’è praticamente un corridoio con una cucina e un bagno condiviso. Il servizio è stato regolare, ogni giorno venivano cambiati asciugamani e rifacevano il letto però la stanza nei dettagli non era certo pulita. Sicuramente non è un albergo scandaloso, ma dipende molto gli standard a cui siete abituati. Buona la vicinanza alla fermata Intendente della metro a poche decine di metri. Abbiamo prenotato li perché era l’unica struttura a prezzi accessibili rispetto al centro dove i prezzi erano alle stelle. Avevamo un bagno privato discreto.

It's a simple room in a good location. It's 10 minutes to the city center. I like they have 24/7 front desk service.

We did not like the neighborhood. The location was convenient to sites and metro, which was was easy to use. No AC and noisy dirty neighborhood, but maybe that is all of Lisbon!

The room was tidy and the bed comfy, nice cotton sheets. They met us dowat 1:30 am which was nice. Close to everything, a kitchen is available if needed.

El sitio ideal si quieres viajar low cost
Cuando llegamos al hotel e hicimos el check-in subimos a dejar nuestras cosas en la habitación, cuando entramos y abrimos la ventana, unas ventanas que dan a un pequeño balcón,habia una persona acostada que ni se inmutó ante nuestra presencia, intentamos bajar la persiana para tener más seguridad y no se cerraba, el hombre se levantó y nos ayudó, a la noche cuando volvimos estaba la persiana arreglada. En general la estancia fue agradable salvo ese problema, limpieza en todo momento y personal agradable. En lo que se refiere a comodidad deja que desear pero al final es barato. El barrio en el que se encuentra por la noche puede parecer algo peligroso. Claramente no es un hotel es un hostal.

L'unica cosa positiva è stata che ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli per qualche ora in attesa del check in. Per il resto la camera era rumorosissima, mancava ogni confort, c'era una sola presa e anche l'arredamento era meno dell'essenziale. Il prezzo è stato inoltre del tutto sproporzionato

When we arrived at the accomodation we were told that the room we booked had problems and that they had booked us another room in a nearby hotel. The same Morning before traveling I had contacted the hotel and asked them if there was anything they wanted to share with me, they said all was ok and didn´t tell us that we had to stay in another hotel.In any case the staff was friendly on arrival and luckily the new room was in the street nearby. The new room in another hotel, Dos Anjos Hotel, was just fine, not bad, the bed was rather ordinary and the pillows too. Just ok.

Paid price matched expectations of room. Check in staff pleasant and welcoming. Did not use kitchen. Was very hot out, fan provided without having to ask which was nice

Excellent Hotel
This hotel was amazing. Very clean, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful I would definitely use this hotel again. We enjoyed a fabulous experience here.

Chambre petite mais très propre. La cuisine partagée est très propre aussi (accès micro ondes et bouilloire) Établissement assez bien situé par rapport au centre, dans un quartier populaire . Il y a bus et tramway à proximité ainsi que magasins alimentaires.
