A suspected stealing incident inside room was occurred during our stay. Also, poor air-condition ing which 2 complaints with subsequent request of changing room were made in order to resolve that issue. Overall, this is a so dissatisfaction experience.
everything was fine, except the breakfast is not good as 4 stars hotel should be. Be careful the taxi to the airport, even we called it fm hotel reception at 5:30am, the meter shown 6.1eur, but the driver charged us 15eur (he saisd because we have 3 luggages)……before departure i've checked with the reception, the clark confirmed me it's about 10min. and max 8-10eur.

Un seul des deux ascenseurs fonctionnaient. Ce qui occasionnait des bouchons et des attentes très longues le matin au déjeuner et vers 16 h lorsque des groupes arrivaient.

Our room and bathroom were so clean, it's a good spot to catch flight later. Keep in mind that it's farther from the city core (meaning it takes a while to directly walk to attractions. Metro stop is 7 minutes walk away as an option if you don't want to order a car.
