Dear Patricia, we are very sorry for the climatisation problem during your stay. In fact there are some cases that we notice that the window is not properly closed and that interferes with the climatisation. If it was not the case, we are very sorry that we could not be more efective.Our air conditioning system has two modes and is programmed depending on the time of year.To keep the room comfortable, we recommend keeping the temperature between 18º and 23º.Unfortunately, there were some days with very different temperatures and it became difficult to get the ventilation system right. In the meantime, it is now operating normally.Regarding the attitude of the staff, we are sorry that you understood that way, it is not at all justified to be rude to guests, quite the contrary, we always aim to provide a quality and courtesy service.Kind Regards,Mariana Ramos
