We also offer a free car park for all guests, meaning guests can park up and take a short walk into the city, without having to worry about finding a parking space. I’m happy that you were pleased with the overall service, however, I’m sorry to find that you didn’t feel all staff members were as friendly. I will investigate this, as this is unusual.
