Very good experience
The overall experience is good, the hotel is clean and nice. The toilet and washroom is a bit small. Breakfast is very good.

Clean and comfortable room
Clean and comfortable bed, air conditioning is good. Car park just next to hotel main building, but need to pay. Ealing Common station only 5 minutes walk.

Nice hotel close to underground
Though it’s a bit far from zone 1, it’s still a good choice for its serenity and cozy environment. Room is small but everything is fine. Clean and tidy, thanks maid for making the room so clean. Affordable value with good return of quality. Worth recommendations.

Value for money
Though the hotel is located at zone 3, it is actually quite convenient to assess any part of london via tube. Ealing Common tube station is only 2 min walk from the hotel, and Ealing Boardway is just 2 stop from the bus station. The room is clean but a bit tiny then expected. Love the in-room nespresso machine, where I can have a cup of nice coffee every morning. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. It was a nice stay and would recommend to others.

A very good and comfortable hotel in London
This hotel provides you a very comfortable room with coffee machine, very friendly and helpful staffs, just a little bit far from London central but it's totally acceptable as only 3 mins on foot to metro station, highly recommended!

We liked the staff they were excellent particularly the lady in charge at breakfast she couldn’t do enough for us.The food was also very good particularly the breakfast which was faultless.On the down side the check in was quite slow and the size of the room was quite small also a very small bathroom.

Even though we had booked and paid for breakfast, the reception staff were adamant we hadn’t and that we had to pay again. After producing screen shots as proof they agreed that we had breakfast included. Not good as a planned pleasant stay started with stress.

Air con let down
Hotel and location were excellent but the air con in the room was useless and obnoxiously loud. Changing the temperature or fan speed on the controls didn’t change the anything coming out the grill and it was so loud I struggled to sleep, but I couldn’t turn it off as there were no opening windows and it was then too hot.

Nice hotel, very good staff
Friendly staff, efficient and helpful. We only stayed for one night due to an epic fail on the part of British Airways but this hotel really came through for us. The nearby town is cute and close enough to stroll into if you wish. The rooms are small so it's not the kind of hotel where you would want to spend a lot of time sitting around in the room.
