服務非常好，交通方便
雖然房間跟預期的一樣比較小一點，但是該有的都有，像是USB插座、掛勾的設計等，浴室的水量跟抽風也很好，床很好睡，重點是飯店的服務非常的好，不管是櫃台還是早餐都非常棒，交通位置也很方便，在Victoria跟Pimico中間，可以依照當天要去的地方去不同站搭乘，如果有機會一定會推薦朋友去住宿。

酒店房間比較舊，浴室花灑出水強勁，早餐OK，服務人員很親切，離維多利亞車站約15分鐘步程，算方便！住過倫敦其他酒店，相比之下這間很不錯，推薦！

super central london stay
centrally located, 15 min walk form Buckingham palace. Very nice, kept by very funny, helpful and dedicated twin brothers. Nice breakfast all went well no hickups ... be careful there are 5 floors with no elevator !

Luna Simone Hotel
Room was clean. Very well heated on a very cold night. No air conditioning but did have ceiling fan and we turned the thermostat down on the radiator in the room Pleasant conversation as always over breakfast with the owners and staff ( Owners are twin brothers who tease each others constantly) Only downside is. O elevator if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues Other than that would highly recommend

Clean, comfortable, and quiet
The neighborhood is very quiet, which was a relief after traveling. It’s about a ten-minute walk to Victoria Station and a little shorter to Pimlico Station. The room is casual and comfortable. We weren’t familiar with using the switches and bathroom fixtures and had to ask a couple of questions to get everything figured out. The breakfast was good and a pleasant way to start the day, especially since we did a lot of walking.

Delightful, small hotel close to Victoria Station
This hotel is in an old building that added to the charm. The owners were delightful. The breakfast was yummy. It was just 1/2 mile from Victoria station and close to other highlights. The only downfall was no lift to get bags to our room. I would stay here again.

Another great stay
2nd time staying here. Super friendly and helpful check in staff. Had a double room on the ground floor that had everything i needed. Bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast had decent choice and quality was excellent. Great location, 5 mins walk from Pimlico tube less than 10 mins walk to Victoria Station and tube. Will stay again.

Een prima hotel. Niet te klein, niet te groot. Schone kamers met alle nodige voorzieningen. Een heerlijk goed verzorgd ontbijt, uitstekende service aan de balie en 2 eigenaren met een groot hart voor de zaak. Peter en Bernhard zijn fantastische gastheren, in voor een gezellig praatje en hebben heel veel kennis en info over de stad. Het hotel heeft een goede ĺigging in de stad, op loopafstand van 2 metro stations en genoeg andere voorzieningen in de buurt ( winkels/ restaurants, etc) Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf genoten en raden het iedereen aan.
