great location n comfortable hotel
Great location at King Cross station, less than a minute walk and is just opposite the international train station. Supermarkets and restaurants are all closed to hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful, room is clean & cosy, highly recommended

I guess overall it was a superb stay. Showers are being upgraded. Make sure you try our Backstage rooms next time, via KX Club. They are on a completely different level or planet. Be awesome, always

Convenient but noisy hotel
Very convenient location next to King's Cross/St. Pancras station, with an underground exit right next to the hotel. However, the area is busy and the hotel is on the main street. The windows are from the original old building, probably because the building is historical and the windows are not allowed to be replaced. They should have put in double glazing on the inside in that case, as it is very noisy with street musicians, sirens, crowds congregating etc. on the main street. The hotel itself is quite new, with adequate sized rooms and good amenities.

客房資料不符：1.客房面積不足26平方米；2.沒有免費報紙；3.沒有免費樽裝水。 優點：1.從酒店步行數分鐘便到火車站；2.酒店就在地鐵King’s Cross站旁；3.King’s Cross站是少數有升降機的站，方便拖喼人士，不用轉線便可直達Heathrow Airport。4.酒店大堂有免費蘋果及糖果可自取。 缺點：1.房間內沒有拖鞋、牙膏及牙刷；2.沒有清倒咖啡機內的水，沒有Coffee Creamer，只可沖齋啡；3.連住第二天沒有補給洗護用品；4.毛巾放置在浴室的發熱管上，有小朋友的會容易燙傷；5.其中一天升降機維修，要步行上落；6.酒店步行距離沒有什麼景點及購物商場。

There were large areas of mold in the shower. When I checked out, I showed the manager photos of the mold and he said I would be hearing back from him. I never did hear back from him. The floor was uneven with some gaps in the flooring. The room furnishings were rundown.The corridors of the hotel were very narrow and the lobby was tiny. The hotel was advertised as luxurious, but I disagree. I paid just under $300 USD for my room.

Very cool property with outstanding food in Spagnolettei restaurant and a very unique style bar, Hocus Pokus. Fantastic bathroom and bedroom decor. Would have given it 5 stars but our room was too hot to sleep in even after a call to the front desk hours earlier.

We really love this hotel! It is right across the Prancas Station and Kings Cross. There are lots of walkable restaurants. Best one was North Sea Fish. Hotel can give you a lists of good restaurants. Staff at this hotel was so nice and very helpful and accommodating. Hotel was very nice and clean. Beds are comfortable. If we come back to London we’ll stay here again.

Bed super comfortable, room very fun and hip, as with the whole hotel. Restaurant good.Amazing croissants and service. Excellent location to train station (across the street) the only funky thing are the bathrooms. They need improvement.

Lost its way - not as advertised on hotels.com
Poor service; poor quality bedding not In line with what was offered on website and paid for; blood on the carpet of the room we stayed in; cleaning products including bleach, and rubbish left unattended outside the lift on a Saturday night at 8:30 that anyone could have done anything with. Breakfast service poor, nobody around first floor -had to wander around to find someone to help having been ignored by chef; staff dropping crockery when unloading dishwasher and then blaming one another loudly; cold coffee and tea once our request for milk was finally responded to. Service when concerns raised non-existent. We shan’t return.

Fabulous boutique hotel
Wonderful stay to celebrate a birthday, hotel went above and beyond to help celebrate the occasion. Great service throughout best place for pupils transport as it’s a stone throw away from King’s Cross and St Pancreas station and about 10 mins walk from Euston station.

The Megaro’s location is perfect for anyone planning to use the Tube or the Eurostar. The room could be cleaner but the sheets and bathroom were immaculate. The staff were very professional and helpful. The Megaro has a fun Steampunk vibe when you enter. I would definitely stay here again.
