I am extremely disapppointed to this hotel. The staff are hypocritical and do not really welcome us (I don’t know if your staff do not welcome Asian customers. I could feel the discrimination). The bathtub was broken and the remote control was out of order. We asked the reception staff to follow up in the next morning. She marked down our requests but did not follow up when we came back in the evening. Actually I think that room (room 102) is not suitable for 2 persons’ living.
The only friendly staff is Pierre. He helped us immediately at that evening. Housekeeping is also poor at times. For example, no cleaning on the used tea bags and tea pot; no replacing of shower cap.
We ate the buffet breakfast in the hotel, and found that some of dishes were not properly cleaned. This leaves us poor impression.
All in all, I felt extremely disappointed to the hotel’s service.

总体来说四星条件的酒店这里是不错的选择,距离伦敦大学和大英博物馆都很近,值得推荐

the hotel is near the tube station with around 10-15 mins walk
the bed is very comfy, we slept very well
whole room is very clean and tidy
it also provides free wifi with high speed
there are many cafes around too
