Other than the noise from outside, and the hair on my bed. It’s actually not bad. Check in and out putting key under mat and on bed is not 100% safe. Location is impeccable within this price range.

Great hotel, allowed us to check in at 12pm so we could leave our bags in the room. Location is fantastic, literally next door to the underground station, lots of options for shops and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again if we return to London.

The room we had, had 0 space, not even a little table, hardly any space to walk around the bed! Next to the bed there was a chair instead of bedside table which wasnt practical at all! The plug and the light switch were hidden behind the headboard of the bed which didnt make any sense at all! once we moved the bed slightly to have access to it, we have discovered a lot of dirt including someones tablets on the floor which was a bit disgusting and gross! We have also discovered there is no tea or coffee in the room, had to go all the way down to the lounge 3 floors down to get it and there was no basic coffee in the lounge either which you would expect to have at least for the money you paid! There is no such a thing as a secure storage facility which was also a let down, so our suitcases had to stay unattended in the lounge and not secured (we looked at options for storage lockers at the trainstation but it wasnt an option for us so we had no choice)Overall experience was disappointing and less than average for the money you pay for such a room unfortunately and we will not be coming back at this rate. We truly believe the room we stayed at was extremely overpriced for what we got and we are experienced couple in travelling and staying at different places, this unfortunately was a let down :( we would struggle to recommend it. The only plus side of this place i can say is its right next to the tube station so if you don't care about any of the above, go for it! Ana and Phil

HONEST REVIEW Self contained room We had double room.standard double bed Clean enough but lots of marks and rough edges to the room. We had room 9 which was on the road side which was noisy but thts what you should expect on a main road and in the heart of camden. We payed 160 for the night which was cheap for the area but expensive for the level of room. Shower was warm not hot Tv remote didnt work properly No kettle in the room but we wasnt told there was refreshments in the main living area which would of been handed to know. We just needed to put our heads down for a night Ive added some photos of the poor touches in which they could of sorted in a few hours. No luxury or special service I would recommend based on where it is So handed for koko and camden market Hope this helps someome

Très bonne situation à côté du métro, proche du Camden Market. Service hôtelier inexistant, pas de réception, pas de service de nettoyage ni remplacement du linge durant notre séjour.
