Lovely hotel that was undergoing renovation. Room was on the 1st floor but was quiet despite the ongoing renovations. Beautiful and spacious room. Service was first rate: complimentary water and soda was replenished upon request and room was always cleaned by the time we returned. Close to everything! Would stay again in the future to see the result of the renovations.

Great staff! Beautiful hotel! Rooftop restaurant is nice and convenient but not too many choices in the menu and room service. Our food was delicious. Some construction is going on but not a concern. Room Is heavily perfumed and there is no option to open a window. Centrally located. Nice hotel but small.

I stayed at the Trafalgar St. James for 4 nights in April. I will 10/10 recommend and will stay here again. The hotel is well maintained, the location is perfect for convenience and location in the city. Most places are walkable or a quick Uber or taxi ride. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and sizeable, the beds were comfortable and a well stocked mini bar. Management did a wonderful job communicating about the events going on outside the hotel in Trafalgar Square to avoid commuting delays. I am very pleased with my experience and stay here.

We had a short but amazing stay at St James. Every employee was so kind, friendly, super helpful and on top of their game. The only downside of the hotel was that it’s very small. The rooftop bar view was amazing but again a very small space. Either way I would stay here again bc of the convenience of the hotel’s location! I do think they’re under construction in the lobby area so maybe it’s going to be bigger eventually.

This property was AMAZING! Great location next to Trafalgar Square. Can walk to some of the attractions in London if you don’t mind getting your steps in. The room was fantastic. The subtle touches of leather and gold throughout really highlighted the design details. Room was well appointed with everything a traveler would need. Staff was great, wouldn’t let me touch my bags! Great hotel, great location.

excellent place to stay, the rooms were very beautiful and roomy. There is always at least 4 people at the front desk. The staff is amazing! They are engaged with each customer and excited to help the patrons. I was very impressed with how professional everyone was. the location is perfect transportation to anywhere you need to go steps away. I would stay here again and again!

The hotel is under construction and sounds like a war zone. We got to our room and it was literally shaking from the jackhammers above us. Nowhere in the listing on Expedia did it mention construction we asked to cancel our reservation so we could go to a different Hotel. They didn't want us to cancel so they offered us a junior suite with one bed. I was traveling with another person and neither of us were interested in sharing a bed. They refunded one room for two of the three nights. The other room which we booked for one night which was the following night not the night we arrived they refused to cancel. We ended up having to spend money at a different Hotel even though we couldn't stay at the one we paid for. The Hotel needs to be shut down during construction it's completely unacceptable. I have recorded the construction noise from our room and have submitted a claim with Visa.
