服務很好，不論是櫃檯、行李、清潔人員都很棒，地點是優點也是缺點，可惜的是接駁巴士較不密集，也沒接到飯店，不過搭計程車很方便就是了！飯店內的設施也很棒！是一個值得再來的飯店

整體上不錯，check in的速度頗快，員工也有禮貌。房內大致上整潔，只是電視機櫃面有些少塵埃，而衣櫃門趟開時要注意夾萬門有否卡住。洗頭水是二合一的，非常不好用，用完頭髮也打結！

這裡位置方便，由金沙行去好近，約兩分鐘步程，再由酒店去藝術博物館，科學館也是15至20分鐘步程。大堂職員服務專業殷勤，酒店房整潔 潔舒適。餐廳自助餐食物和服務也很好，這次short trip揀了這酒店，我們非常滿意。

下午3時到達等待登記入住，前台同事告知沒有房間需要等待，查詢需要到下午4時30分才可分配房間，到下午4時30分再查詢登記入住，另一前台同事又告知仍沒有房間，需要我們等待！差不多下午5時再三要求，才可安排房間！在大堂區等待足2小時，欠佳的體驗！
