"I stayed there for umrah, and this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.. clean, quiet, thd lady at the reception was friendly and helpful, they have probably the greatest breakfast selection I've seen and I have been to a lot of countries.. they provide a bus to haram 5 times a day.. "The rooms were spacious and attendrent tried to help are two good things I can say about this property. But the access is difficult from front door, manager didn't speak English, demanded cash didn't accept credit card, dining/kitchen was devoid of any utnesils, pots, cups, bathroom didn't have towels, ..."
