We all family love Riu very much. All staffs are very friendly and breakfast is so good. We will be back certainly. By the way we asked a body weight scale and they said yes but we waited nothing before we left. Hope next time they can provide as they said.

La habitación está decente, pero el costo/beneficio no conviene por el precio elevado. Aunado a eso, al llegar a la habitación habia olor a pintura fresca, la solución que me sugirieron fue abrir la ventana, no podian cambiarme de habitación. No esperaba que al llegar y por el precio que se pagó fuera a ocurrir esto.

Excelente hotel muy moderno, la terraza es excelente para poder apreciar la ciudad desde las alturas, para tomarse fotos, el restaurante es bueno para poder disfrutar de algo bien y práctico, los bares tienen buen servicio de bebidas y atención, las habitaciones cómodas espacio suficiente, no tan amplias pero suficiente, el bufete es bueno, hay mucha gente pero es rápido.

Our stay at Riu Plaza España was amazing! From check-in all staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was well organized and literally has hundreds of options and everything was delicious! Rooms are comfortable, clean and have everything you need. The rooftop has the best view in Madrid! We also loved the location of the hotel. Will definitely stay here again!

El hotel no tiene tan buen servicio. Para poder tirarse una foto en su famosa terraza tuve que hacer una fila muy larga sin importarle que fuese huésped de ellos, no había un protocolo como para priorizar a los que se gastan el dinero pagando sus habitaciones

The building is beautiful. The rooms have been updated. The roof top is a must see. Overall, very disappointing….it’s extremely busy. I mean extremely busy. Huge line ups to check in, check out, elevators and breakfast. It’s my first time doing a review and NOT recommending a hotel. More minuses than positive!
