「We only stayed for one night. We read the reviews before we booked, and were not at all disapointed. The hosts Pat, and Keith were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They greeted us with a cup of tea, and suggested a nice pub for us to eat in the evening, and booked it for us. We stayed in a room downstairs which was immaculate. The breakfast was excellent. We would definitely return.」

「Clean, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped flat in peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed our stay. The instructions for collecting the keys could have been given more prominence in the welcome email. Other than that small point this was faultless.」

「Decent, unpretentious old school inn, serving a variety of victuals in a rabbit-warren of higgledy piggledy nooks and crannies within an interesting building. 'Rooms' are a selection of annexes to the main pub, and, if mine was anything to go by, well equipped, clean spacious and comfortable. Cheapest stay of this trip, but without question the best. Would definitely recommend and may well come back sometime in the future. 」

「Attended a family wedding. Staff, service, food and venue as a whole were all excellent. The staff were very attentive and friendly, we really enjoyed our chat with the head chef (Ale) who we met outside the vegetable garden, great guy, passionate about the hotel, menu selection etc. Every meal was exceptional. Beds and rooms we very comfortable.」

「Found the hotel overall pleasant , i stayed one night i didn't have a very good night sleep found the very hard pillow was very uncomfortable, there was two off us staying in the room there was only one bath towel we had to ask for another and one cup . The breakfast was good . Have stayed in this Hotel before a few years back found it excellent feel that this time different because of the hard pillow 」

「Great place to stay, comfortable room, pool was great (when no under maintenance) breakfast was fantastic and open early. Evening food was not brilliant for the price, but their is plenty of options else where, also the room could have been cleaner.」
