「Parfait. Accueil sympa, chambre spacieuses, propres, 3 piscines, ... Disposition de l'hôtel très appréciable : petits bâtiments entourants de grandes cours et les piscines. Quartier animé mais au calme une fois à l'hôtel. À quelques minutes à pied des premières plages...」

「Siamo stati all'inturotel esmeralda park per la prima volta. Quando siamo arrivati il wow é garantito. Di di fronte alla reception si estende una vista mozza fiato. Poi che dire servizio impeccabile (la stanza viene pulita tutti i giorni e il giardino é curatissimo). Il cibo é ottimo( le bibite e l'acqua non sono inclusi nella mezza pensione) e ogni giorno ci sono cibi diversi. Le stanze sono fatte bene e hanno la cucina interna per i pranzi che di solito non sono inclusi nell'offerta. E poi si...

「Wir waren das erste Mal in diesem Hotel und empfanden es als wirklich toll! Wir sind eher anspruchsvolle Gäste was Thema Sauberkeit und Personal angeht. Alle Erwartungen wurden übertroffen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel werden wir nun bevorzugt suchen, wenn es wieder nach Palma geht! 」

「I had a very nice stay. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with lots of variety. Loved the nightly entertainment at the bar. Room had a kitchenette and was clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the mattress felt poor quality and sunk in significantly. Aside from this, everything else was excellent. 」

「Manager was not good, he just came to our hotel room and started yelling at us for no reason. He was not professional at all, so rude and angry.」

「Great friendly staff and a good price. However the hotel is noisy, you can hear the upstairs if they move furniture and the cleaning staff if you have a lie in. Otherwise perfect stay」

「位於Mallorca北部的度假飯店，距離Palma大概40分鐘車程，飯店服務非常好感覺有特別訓練過，隸屬Groupotel飯店集團底下的4星飯店。 我在此待了三天，所定房價包含了早餐及晚餐，若住客多，則都是採Bufet制度，雖然稱不上是非常高檔，但是整體來說還不錯（島上餐廳並不多），房間空間也大，此外，飯店對面即是美麗的海灘，對於早上晨跑者來說是一大享受，若有考慮Alcudia則非常推薦此飯店。」

「Bra hotell med bra service! Vi trivdes bra. Dock upplevde vi att det var väldigt varmt på rummet. Tydligen satte de på ”kylan” i rummet ett visst datum och inte innan det då vi behövde det. Det fanns många aktiviteter och pooler att använda/utnyttja och det var nära till stranden. 」

「More of a complex than a hotel, had to drive around twice to find check in. Dissapointed with communication. reported on the first night that the heating, cooling was not working and the patio door would not lock, these issues were ignored. Otherwise, very good stay and fantastic choice of food.」
